  • Betrifft: Patentanmeldung für einen Schneemann aus Styropor zum
  • Aufstellen im Freien.
  • obiges Produkt möchte ich hiermit unheberrechtlich schützen lassen.
  • Beschreibung: Der Schneemann wird aus Styropor hergestellt und ist zerlegbar, wie aus der Konstruktionszeichnung ersichtlich. Es ist vorgesehen, dieses Modell auf den Markt zu bringen und soll bei Versand bzw.
  • Transport grundsätzlich zerlegt in Pappkartons verpackt werden können (siehe Zeichnung). Arme und Kopf werden mittels eines Kugelgelenkes ind den Brustkorpus hineindrückt (eingesetzt) und sind somit beweglich. Die Seitentasche soll aus Partplastic hergestellt werden und ein bis zwei Spirituosenflaschen aufnehmen können. Das ganze Modell kann verkleinert oder vergrößert hergestellt werden.
  • Ich mochte den Schneemann unter der Namensbezeichnung "Schmelzenich" in den Handel brinen und diesen hiermit ebenfalls urheberrechtlich schützen lassen.

Claims (1)

  1. P a t e n t a n s p r u c h Betrifft: P 27 oo 770.7, dortiges Schreiben vom 18. 1. 1977.
    Auf Ihre obige Anfrage teile ich Ihnen höflichst mit, das der Patentanspruch für den angemeideten Schreibung auf nachfolgende merkmale erht: a) Der Schneemann ist @erlegbar (zum Auf- u. abbauen) und im Baukastensystem in einem Karton o. ä. zu verpacken, und somit raumsparend an Besteller bzw. @iufer zu versenden.
    b) Der Schneemann hat im Korpusteil Nr. 5 eine Plastictasche, und zwar zur aufnahme von Getränken.
    c) Kopf u. beide Arme sind durch vorgesehene Kugelgelenke in jede gewünschte Richtung zu verstellen.
    d) Befestigung des Schneemannes auf dem Erdboden mittels eines Holzstiehls, da das Material aus Schaumstoff und somit sehr leicht ist.
    Die Zeichnungen (3 Stück) habe ich in den von Ihnen gewünschten Format herstellen lassen und füge diese meinem chreiben bei.
    Sollten sich jetzt noch irgendwelche Rückfragen ergeben -sei es, daß meine Angaben noch nicht formgerecht sind- bitte ich höflichst um Ihre Benachrichtigung. Evtl. müßte ich dann doch einen Patentanwalt einschalten, den ich mir aus Kostengründen eigentlich ersbaren möchte.
