Die Abzugstange α wird mit ihrem gekröpften Teil a¹ so in der Durchbrechung h^l der Verschlußhülse geführt, daß sie sich in dieser geradlinig vor- und zurückschieben, nicht aber drehen kann. Beim Anziehen des Abzuges z, der die Stange gabelartig umfaßt (Fig. 1), schwingt dieser um die Stifte z¹ in der Verschlußhülse nach hinten. Hierbei wird die Abzugstange vermittels ihrer seitlich überstehenden Warzen a² mitgenommen, so daß die Schulter a³ der Kröpfung den Arm η der Schlagbolzennuß nach hinten drehen kann, wodurch die Waffe abgefeuert wird. Nach Freigabe des Abzuges wird sowohl dieser wie auch die Abzugstange von der Feder f wieder vorgedrückt, welche mit ihrem vorderen Ende gegen das Öhr «⁴ der Stange, mit dem hinteren gegen den Ansatz r¹ des Führungsbolzens r sich stützt.
