Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 16. November 1912 ab.Patented in the German Empire on November 16, 1912.
The invention relates to devices for distributing liquids, in particular of waste water via oxidation filter beds. In particular, it relates to such devices of this type, which are provided with atomizers placed over the manifold openings. The invention aims a simple and thorough cleaning of such devices. Compared to the known For this purpose, the invention essentially consists in cleaning devices in that the atomizers are hollow are and are connected to a pressurized water line, so that a flushing of the distribution pipes is made possible through the atomizer. In order to also supply the atomizers by means of the pressurized water lines To allow flushing water to run off, another feature of the invention is that the distribution pipes are provided with lockable outlet pipes for the flushing water. The device according to the invention .ist on the drawing in one embodiment shown.
Fig. ι ist ein Längsschnitt. Fig. 4 ist eine Einzelansicht einerFig. Ι is a longitudinal section. Fig. 2 is a plan view and Fig. 3 is a cross section of the oxidizer. Fig. 4 is a detailed view of a
Scattering device with a flushing pipe on a larger scale. Fig. 5 shows schematically the Arrangement of the spreading and flushing pipes.
With ι the filter and with 2 the spreading tubes attached to the same are designated, which are provided with a plurality of litter openings 3, which can be cleaned in groups or all at the same time. For this purpose, a flushing pipe 4 is provided over each litter opening 3 of the pipes 2, the The lower end provided with a pipe mouthpiece is located directly above the opening 3 is located. This mouthpiece is designed in such a way that it is the actual diffuser 5 forms. The latter can be screwed to one attached to the lower end of the tube 4 Nipple 6, on which a lock nut 7 is also provided to set it in Location. The tube 4 is expediently made of lead, so that the diffuser 5 through the opening 3 only thereby needs to be adjusted that the tube slightly to one side or the other is bent. Each spreader tube is equipped with one of a tap ο. Like. Usually cordoned off Outlet pipe 8 provided. The flush pipes of each row are connected to a common, pipe 9 for pressurized water, which extends above the spreading pipe in question, is connected, as Fig. 5 shows. Each pipe 9 has a tap 10 through which the pressurized standing rinse water can be shut off or permitted.
In the space above the filter, a line 11 for sucking off the contaminated Air can be provided. This line is convenient with a plurality of suction funnels 12 provided. The tube 11 can be connected to a blower or another (not shown)
Be connected to suction device or, as indicated in Fig. Ι with dotted lines is, open into a drum 13 in which a natural or artificial train is produced. The well-known ventilation pipes inserted into the filter also open into this drum 14, which depending on the circumstances, the filter with natural » or ventilate artificial draft.
The wastewater to be cleaned is pumped into the pipes 2 or in some other way inserted so that it is pressed out through the holes 3. Here the scatter over The diffusers 5 hanging down from the holes pass the dirty water over the filter. if All that is needed is sludge and other solid debris to clog the spreader to open the cock or cocks 10. Then the water flows through under pressure down the wash pipes 4 and tubular diffusers 5 and wash the spreaders the end. At the same time the outlet lines 8 are opened so that the flushed loose Impurities are washed away through the tubes 2. The small amount of dirty Water that has not passed through the filter can be passed through a special filter or collected in a special well and, if necessary, reintroduced into the spreading tubes. In certain Cases you let it run off together with the filtered water, since the small Contaminants left out during rinsing into the filtered water do not contaminate any significant Gxade.
