Bei der durch Patent 223158 geschützten elektrischen Sicherheitsvorrichtung gegen Einbruchsdiebstahl besteht der Ubelstand, daß beim Verziehen der Aufhängestange oder bei 5 ordnungswidriger Aufhängung des Vorhanges dieser in schräge Lage gerät, wodurch die Pendelkontakte mit den auf dem Vorhang befestigten Kontakten außer Verbindung kommen, so daß unliebsame Störungen in der Wirkung der Sicherheitsvorrichtung hervorgerufen werden. Derartige Störungen finden aber auch häufig dadurch statt, daß der Vorhang bei geöffnetem Fenster durch Luftzug bewegt oder durch Haustiere in Schwingung versetzt wird. Die zuletzt erwähnten Ereignisse ließen sich wohl vermeiden, wenn man um den Vorhang herum eine besondere Schutzhülle anbringen würde. Beim Schwingen des Vorhanges treffen die Pendel außerdem die Kontaktfedern 4, und es wird dabei durch sie auch der Arbeitsstromkreis geschlossen.
