Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Spannen und Halten von Malerschablonen. Sie besteht aus einer mit einer Handhabe versehenen Schiene, auf welcher ösen verschiebbar und drehbar angeordnet sind, die als Träger für die auswechselbaren Leisten dienen, an die die jeweilig zu verwendende Schablone festgeklemmt wird,' so daß sich die Leisten parallel oder in einem Winkel zueinander geneigt einstellen lassen. Die wesentlichsten Merkmale der vorliegenden Erfindung bestehen darin, daß die ösen derart federnd sind, daß sie die von ihnen getragenen Leisten nach der zu bearbeitenden Fläche hin aus der Ebene der Schiene herauszudrücken vermögen, welche Wirkung durch die Anordnung besonderer Federn noch unterstützt wird, wodurch beim Arbeiten mit dem Halter ein glattes Anliegen der Schablone an der Decke ermöglicht wird. Die Federn sind außerdem derart gebogen bzw. gespannt, daß sie das Bestreben haben, die Klemmleisten nicht nur in Richtung der zu bemalenden Fläche aus der Ebene der Schiene herauszudrücken, sondem auch in der Ebene der an ihr befestigten Schablone zu spreizen, so daß die Schablone stets gespannt gehalten bleibt, wodurch überdies Längs- oder Querwellen in der Schablone, die ein glattes Anliegen an der zu bemalenden Fläche verhindern würden, beseitigt werden. Um dieses Spreizen der Schablone zu ermöglichen, besitzen die Leisten in ihren Haltern in Richtung der Ebene der Schablone einen geeigneten Spielraum.The invention relates to a device for tensioning and holding painting stencils.
