Abstract

An automatic vending machine mechanism is suitable for the sale of flat objects such as newspapers, brochures and the like. The papers, or other items (4) lie almost vertically in a magazine (3) held in place by a spring loaded clamp (5). Behind the stack of papers is a bar shaped grip (13) carrying a number of points or needles (14) which grip the hindmost paper in the magazine. This grip is operated by a hand actuated chain (10) via simple gearing comprising a number of common axis toothed wheels (8). When the chain is pulled downwards, by means of a suitable handle (11), the hindmost paper is gripped, pulled upwards and forward and so dispensed.

Der Innenraum wird durch günstige Anordnung des Zeitungsstapels optimal ausgenützt, und ist durch einen einfachen Ausgabemechanismus ohne irgendwelche Verschleißteile absolut funktionssicher, und vermag insbesondere Zeitungen unterschiedlicher Stärke und verschiedener Papierqualität ohne weiteres auszugeben. Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf schräge Auflagebleche im Inneren des Gerätes, sodaß die Zeitungen durch die schräge Aufstellfläche bereits versetzt gestapelt werden, und sich dadurch die etwas stärkere FalzseiX weitgehenst ausgleicht, wobei die Betätigung durch eine auf beiden Seiten gelagerte Hubeinrichtung mit einer Zugvorrichtung erfolgt, die durch einen Querstab verbunden ist, der mit Nadeln oder Haken die Zeitungen oder Broschüren unten am Falz fasst, und so weit nach oben bewegt, daß sie durch ein Umlenkblech zum Ausgabeschlitz gebracht wird.The invention relates to a vending machine for flat objects such as newspapers, brochures, leaflets etc. in the arrangement as a narrow wall unit, that takes up little space and can also be attached to the outside of buildings without that a special building permit is required for this.
