Beschreibung Regal /511608 Description shelf / 511608
In the case of high shelves with rail-bound fully or semi-automatic Actuated storage and retrieval devices work, it is known that, in order to put the system in the balance, the columns be placed on threaded rods embedded in the ground.
Since these shelves are not as high as the ones mentioned above, so they are easy to handle, this route was chosen. After the system has been placed on the scales (in the water), the years for the high-bay forklift are balanced out by filling and pouring, etc. This means an enormous amount of effort, especially when the ground is uneven. There is also the risk that the ground will settle. Due to the fact the G a must ng be balanced again again. This disadvantage could have been avoided by inserting threaded rods into the ground. First, however, such systems are usually placed in halls that were not initially designed for this purpose, so that the floor does not allow this and if it allows it, the above-mentioned route for the rail-bound vehicle would be to weigh the system nonsensical. What is more important is the fact, which has not yet been recognized, that a completely different possibility arises here, namely that one can now pursue a completely different purpose instead of the original purpose. The inventor suggests simply reversing the process. He does not put the device and the shelves in the scales, as is absolutely necessary with the rail-mounted operating device, but adjusts the shelves to the floor and the movements of the device resulting from the floor. This route is particularly economical. Firstly, there is no need to put the stands on the scales, pour them under them, and what is particularly important, pour out and level the aisles of the high-bay stacker. Furthermore, the inventor proposes, in order to be able to implement the solution on every hall floor, to put the threaded bolt on a pressure distribution plate, which the force of the

Fig. 1 shows an adjustment arrangement of a shelf stand. The base plate (1) is the so-called pressure distribution plate, which equalizes the gales from the load of the resultant forces R e the permissible values of the soil. The adjusting bolt (2), a threaded bolt, is connected to the base plate (1). The adjustment nut (3) brings the shelf column (4), for example, a U or C pillar may be in the right ge L a. The column end plate (5) rests on the adjusting nut (3). Through the nut (6), the column is fixed in your right a ge l. The U-pillar is slightly indicated in perspective.
