Es sind gegenwärtig zum Zwecke des Reinigens und Abspülens von dem
Munde entnehmbaren Zahnprothesen sogenannte Reinigungsbäd -er bekannt und. im Gebrauch.
Diese bestehen in der Regel aus einer meist mit einem Deckel versehenen, aus Plastik
gefertigten Dose, die mit Wasser samt darin löslichen Zusätzen angefüllt wird, und
in die die Zahnprothesen mehr oder weniger lang, oft eine ganze Nacht hindurch,
eingelegt bleiben. In die genannte Dose kann zusätzlich ein korbartig ausgebildeter
oder siebartig durchbrochener Einsatz als so genannter Klarspüleinsatz einge -bracht
sein, der nach beendeter Reinigung mitsamt der Zahnprothesen herausgehoben und zum
Abspülen unter fliessendes Wasser gehalten werden kann. - Bei der hier vorgelegten
Erfindung hand.-elt es sich um ein Reinigungsbad für herausnehmbaren Zahnersatz
( Zahnprothesen ) in Form einer Dose der vorher beschriebenen Bauart, in die als
schutzlçürdig neu ein sogenannter " magnetischer Rührer " eingebracht ist. Dieser
wird. von einem ausserhalb d.er Dose befindlichen rotierenden Magnetfeld mitgenommen
und versetzt die Reinigungsflüssigkeit dauernd oder inttrmittierend in reisende
Bewegung. Das Magnetfeld geht von einem elektrisch erzeugten, oder meist aber als
Dauermagneten einmontierten Magneten aus, dessem Pole so weit auseinandergezogen
sind, dass sein von ihm ausgehendes Kraftfeld die Wand eines Ihn umschliessend -en
Gehäuses und des an- oder aufgesetzten Reinigungsbades (Dose ) d.urchsetzen kann
und von dem erwähnten Rührer aufgefangen und verdichtet wird. Dieser Rührer ist
aus ferromagnetischem Material gefertigt und vorzugsweise selbst ein Dauermagnet.
Der d.as Kraft feld erzeugende, zuerst genannte Magnet wird von einem vorzugs -weise
als Dauerläufer geringer Drehzahl ausgelegten Motor geringer Leistung in Umlauf
gesetzt und dadurch die kreisende Mitnahme des meist am Boden des Reinigungsbades
befindlichen Rührers bewerkstelligt.
Das Durchmischen der in dem
Reinigungsbad. enthaltenen Plüssigkeit, meist einer wässrigen Lösung von sauerstoffabspaltenden
chemischen Zusätzen - " Xeinigungspulver " - bringt gegenüber der bisherigen nur
ruhenden Flüssigkeit den Vorteil intensiverer Widcsanlkeit des Reinigungsvorgangs
, wie ja in d.er präparativen Chemie bekanntlich das Umrühren von Flüssigkeiten
und Lösungen die gewünschten chemischen und. physikalischen Um -setzungen stark
beschleunigt. Da die Reinigung der Zahnprothesen vielfach die ganze Nacht über dauert,
ist genügend. Zeit ge -geben, vorteilhafterweise den Reinigungsprozess in zeitliche
Abschnitte d.er Bewegung und d.er Ruhe zu unterteilen. - Als Energiequellen zum
Antrieb des genannten Motors kommen in Betracht: 1) Druckwasser aus dem Leitungswassernetz
. Hier ist d.er Motor als Wassermotor ausgebildet. Er hat z.B. den Aufbau einer
kleinen Wasserturbine, wobei zum Antrieb nur wenig Wasser benötigt wird., da das

Antriebsaufgabe für das Reinigungsbad be -sonders

Synchronmotoren geben eine Leistung von nur wenigen Watt ab, was aber hier nach
dem oben Gesagt -em durchaus willkommen ist. Ihre Drehzahl ist von der Belastung
bis zum Kippunkt unabhängig und lässt sich mit geringem baulichen Aufwand. auf wenige
Hundert Umdrehungen je Minute herunterbrag en, so dass zwischen Motorachse und dem
kraftfelderzeugenden Drehmagneten kein zu.sätzliches Zwischengetriebe notwendig
ist. Der Raumbedarf des Synchronmotors ist gering. Er läuft geräuscharm und benötigtbei

vorteilhaft bezeichneten intermittierend.en Arbeitsweise zu befähigen, kann an ihn
in engem thermischen Kontakt ein Schalter ange -legt sein, d.er bei Überschreiten
einer eingestellten Temperaturgrenze, herrührend von der Motorerwärmung, den Motorstrom

der Zeichnung 1 eb enfalls ersichtlich, ist im Unterteil 4 an den Motor 7 ein Schalter
8 wärmeleitend verbunden angesetzt. Dieser unterbricht den Motorstrom in der früher
Xx beschriebenen Weise unter dem Ein -fluss der Motorerwärmung ulischaltet wieder
nach erfolgter Ab -kühlung ein. - Das Gehäuse 5 des Unterteils 4 ist allseitig,auch
bezüglich der Durchführung der Netzschnur, vollkommen wasser -dicht verschlossen,
um gefahrlos selbst unter dem Wasserstrahl abgespült werden zu können. In der Darstellung
ist das Reinig -ungsbad zweiteilig, aus der Dose 1 samt Inhalt und dem Unter -teil
4 bestehend, gezeichnet. Es könnte aber ebensogut. Dose 1 und Unterteil 4,unlösbar
und nur mit einer gemeinsamen Trenn -fläche als Dosenboden versehen, vereinigt sein.

in den verschiedenen beschriebenen Bauformen zur Förderung der Ver -käuflichIeit
in einer auf Werbewirsamkeit angelegten Schaupackung zusammen mit einem "Reinigangspulver"
