Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kragensteckvorrichtung, insbesondere Rundsteckvorrichtung, bestehend aus Stecker und Steckdose mit jeweils Isolierstoffträger für einerseits Kontaktstifte, andererseits Kontaktbuchsen, mit rückwärtiger Abdeckplatte und Zugentlastungsschelle für anzuschließende Kabel und mit geteiltem Gehäuse aus Gehäusevorderteil und damit verriegelbarem Gehäusehinterteil. — Bei derartigen Kragensteckvorrichtungen erfüllen die Abdeckplatten für einerseits den Stecker und andererseits die Steckdose bisher lediglich reine Abdeckfunktion und sind als im wesentlichen ebene Platten ausgebildet.
