Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Taschenkalender so auszubilden, daß jedes beliebige Datum eines Jahres auf einen Blick erfaßt werden kann und daß die darauf entfallenden Terminvormerkungen sofort und schneller als bei anderen Taschenkalendern festzustellen beziehungsweise festzuhalten sind0 Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß der Taschenkalender aus zwei Teilen besteht - einem Teil für das l.Halbjahr, dem anderen Teil für das 2.Halbjahr, die beide an der Außenhülle des Kalenders mittels Einsteckvorrichtung oder durch eine feste Verbindung zu befestigen sind -, daß die beiden Halbjahres teile vorzugsweise aus 6 Seiten mit der Datumsfolge des jeweiligen Monats am vertikal verlaufenden linken (alternativ auch rechten) Rand jeder Seite bestehen und daß die Seiten der beiden Halbjahresteile schuppenartig übereinander liegen, wobei von jeder Seite nur der Rand mit der vertikal angeordneten Datumsfolge sichtbar bleibt, während der restliche Teil von der Folgeseite verdeckt wird. Die Seiten der beiden ersten Monate der Halbjahresteile (Januar und Juli) zeigen neben der Datumsfolge sichtbar die Wochentage, auf die sich gleichzeitig die Datumsfolgen der übrigen Monatsseiten beziehen.
