vorgesehenen Dichtung, aus einer zwischen dem Topf und dem Deckel wirksamen Verriegelung, z. B.
einem Bajonettverschluß, und aus einer zwischen dem Deckelstiei und dem Topfstiel vorgesehenen,
das öffnen des Dampfdruckgerätes zunächst hindernden Arretierung, wobei die Arretierung einen
innerhalb des Deckelstiels oder am Deckelstiei beweglich, vorzugsweise verschiebbar angeordneten Arretierungsbolzen bzw. -haken und ein
vorzugsweise in und/oder am Topfstiel angeordnetes Arretierungsgegenstück aufweist und eine
Überwindung der Arretierung zwangsläufig zu einem Abbau eines eventuell in dem Dampfdruck- to
kochgefäß herrschenden Überdruckes führt d a durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arretierungsbolzen
bzw. -haken (14) durch den im Dampfdruckkochgerät (1) herrschenden Überdruck gegen die Kraft einer Feder (17) in eine das öffnen
des Dampfdruckkochgerätes (1) hindernde Position verschiebbar ist, wenn der im Dampfdruckkochgefäß
