In der den Gegenstand des Patents 221802 bildenden Vorrichtung zur Verhinderung des
Verstopfens von Schlammversatzleitungen wird die schlamm- oder geschiebehaltige Flüssigkeit
zwecks Verhinderung ihrer Entmischung und sicheren Weiterbeförderung mittels motorisch
angetriebener Förderrohre, deren Innenseite mit nach Art der Schiffsschraubenflügel ausgebildeten
Schaufeln besetzt ist, gleichzeitig durcheinandergemischt und vorwärts getrieben,
worauf sie in die feste Leitung mit schraubengangförmigen Zügen von großer Steigung eintritt,
die in entgegengesetztem Drehsinne von den Leitschaufel Vorrichtungen verlaufen, damit
der Flüssigkeitssäule unter der Druckbzw. Saugwirkung der drehbaren Rohrteile eine verstärkte Achsendrehung verliehen bzw.
aufrechterhalten wird.
Die Erfahrung'lehrt nun, daß trotz der sich stetig ändernden Lage der schlamm- oder geschiebehaltigen
Flüssigkeit die unten liegenden Teile der Züge zunächst verschleißen, was sich dadurch erklärt, daß die schwereren Gesteinteile
trotz der drehenden Bewegung der Flüssigkeit häufiger und anhaltender mit den unteren
Teilen der Züge in Berührung treten wie mit den oberen. Ist aber der Verschleiß der unten
liegenden Teile der Züge so weit vorgeschritten, daß sie nicht mehr genügend auf die durchgehende
Wassersäule auf Drehung einwirken können, so muß die ganze Rohrlänge weggeworfen
werden, was bei den oft sehr langen Schlammversatzleitungen einen großen wirtschaftlichen
Verlust darstellt. Diesen Übelstand zu beseitigen, ist der Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung, welche eine Verbesserung des Erfindungsgedankens des Patents 221802 in dem Sinne darstellt, daß die Züge oder Führungsrippen nicht mehr mit dem Rohr aus einem Stück bestehen, sondern nach Art der bekannten Verschleißfutter getrennt von diesem hergestellt und in letzterem ausgespart und dann von einem gemeinsamen Rohr umhüllt werden. Die derart getrennt vom Rohr hergestellten Führungsrippen können außerdem noch zur Erleichterung ihrer Herstellung aus den zu sogenannten Verschleißfuttern verwendeten Materialien, wie Porzellan, Glas, Beton u. dgl., und zum bequemen Auswechseln einzeln hergestellt werden. Im letzten Falle empfiehlt sich dann, in jeder Rippe des Verschleißfutters eine metallene Verstärkungsleiste einzubetten, die zum besseren Halt der einzelnen Führungsrippen mit dem gemeinsamen Umhüllungsrohr lösbar verbunden wird.To remedy this drawback is the purpose of the present invention, which is an improvement of the inventive concept of patent 221802 in the sense that the Trains or guide ribs are no longer made in one piece with the pipe, but after Type of known wear lining produced separately from this and cut out in the latter and then enveloped by a common tube.
