Die Erfindung betrifft ein Korsett, welches Taschen zur Aufnahme einer auswechselbaren plattenförmigen Versteifungseinlage besitzt. Letztere besteht gemäß der Erfindung aus Kork. Die Taschen sind etwas unterhalb der Brust angebracht, so daß durch die eingelegte, beim Umbinden des Korsetts sich etwas wölbende Korkplatte der Magen usw. vor Druck geschützt wird. Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Korsett ist im Vorderteil innen mit Taschen α versehen, die zur Aufnahme der auswechselbaren plattenförmigen Schutz- oder Versteifungseinlage b dienen. An diesem Korsett sind außerdem in bekannter Weise Gurtbänder c zum Halten des Unterleibes und Schulterbänder d angebracht.The invention relates to a corset which has pockets for receiving an exchangeable plate-shaped stiffening insert.
