Dadurch wird eine Verunreinigung der Bäder vermieden, die sonst in derselben Weise eintreten würde wie bei den bisher üblichen Sauerstoffbädern, bei denen beispielsweise Manganverbindungen oder Eisenverbindungen als Katalysatoren auf Wasserstoffsuperoxyd unmittelbar im Bade selbst zur Einwirkung gebracht werden.
