Die Kühleinrichtung kann daher ständig von der Kühlflüssigkeit durchströmt werden. Die Kühlung beginnt beim Anlegen der Kühleinrichtung ohne Zeitverzögerung und wird schlagartig vor Einsetzen der Phase der Eluierung beendet.
