Apparate, bei denen der jeweilige Stand einer Quecksilbersäule auf elektrischem Wege in Form von Diagrammen graphisch aufgezeichnet wird, sind bekannt. Bei den so gewonnenen graphischen Aufzeichnungen ist es jeweils erforderlich, die erhaltenen Diagramme mittels eines Planimeters auszuplanimetrieren, um die in Frage stehenden Werte zu erhalten. Zweck des in folgendem beschriebenen Apparates ist, dieses Ausplanimetrieren der Diagramme auf mechanischem Wege vorzunehmen.Apparatus in which the respective level of a column of mercury is electrically graphically recorded in the form of diagrams are known. In einem Glasrohr sind in bestimmten Abständen voneinander eine Anzahl Platindrähte eingeschmolzen, so daß ein Ende derselben in das Innere der Glasröhre reicht, während die außerhalb der Glasröhre befindlichen Enden durch Drahtleitung mit Elektromagnetpaaren 1» 2, 3, 4, 5 und 6 verbunden sind. Von diesen Elektromagnetpaaren führt wiederum eine Drahtleitung zu einer Stromquelle und von dieser wieder eine Leitung zurück zu einem etwas stärkeren Platindraht, der in das Glasrohr an einer Stelle eingeschmolzen ist, die stets mit .Quecksilber . bedeckt ist. Diese letztere Leitung ist an einer Stelle unterbrochen und wird geschlossen, sobald einer der Hebel 7, 8, 9 oder 10, die durch ein Uhrwerk gedreht werden, mit einer Feder 11 in Berührung kommt. Vor den Elektromagneten befinden sich ' schmiedeeiserne Anker, von denen jeder mit einem Zählwerk verbunden ist.
