Die bei stationärem Betrieb gebräuchlichen Fernsprechgeräte sind aber zumeist aus hartem, unnachgiebigem Material gefertigt, besitzen scharfe Kanten und vorstehende spitze Teile, die bei Unfällen Verletzungen der Fahrzeuginsassen hervorrufen können. Sie erfüllen somit nicht die Bedingungen zur sicheren Unfallverhütung.
