Claims (12)

1. Schweißzange zum elektrischen Punktschweißen von sich überlappenden und elektrisch berührenden Blechflanschen mit zwei relativ zueinander beweglichen, elektrisch leitenden Zangenarmen (10), an deren freien Enden elektrisch leitende Elektrodenhalter (12) mit im Schweißbetrieb die zu ver­ schweißenden Blechflansche (52) beidseitig berührenden Schweißelektroden (16) gehalten sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schweißelektroden (16) jeweils eine längliche Querschnittsform auf­ weisen und
daß die Längserstreckung der Schweißelektroden (16) in Längsrichtung der zu verschweißenden Blechflansche (52) verläuft.
