Abstract

The packaging base has fluting in its middle region extending right up to the bottom ends of two opposing fold lines (3, 7) in the side wall parts (10-17). The base is formed by four adjacent base parts in the middle fluting region, each base part comprising two sections joined together by a form-fit connection. Each base part section is integrally joined to a side wall part along the side edge facing the base. Each side of the base part facing another base part has an overlap region with fluting and this region will overlap an adjacent base part when the packaging (27) is unfolded, creating a closed base. The blank (1) has eight side wall parts with substantially the same width and length.

Claims (7)

1. Faltbare Verpackung mit acht miteinander über Faltlinien (2-9) verbundenen Seitenwandteilen (10-17) etwa gleicher Breite und Länge sowie mit einem sich aus mehreren Bodenteilen (34-37) zusammensetzenden Boden (38), mit den Merkmalen:
  • a) der Boden (38) der Verpackung (27) weist eine mittlere Rillung (43) auf, welche sich bis zu den bodenseitigen Enden zweier gegenüberliegender, als Knickfalten ausgebildeter Faltlinien (3, 7) der Seitenwandteile (10-17) erstreckt, und setzt sich aus vier entlang der mittleren Rillung (43) benachbarten Bodenteilen (34-­ 37) zusammen;
  • b) jedes der Bodenteile (34-37) besteht aus zwei miteinander kraftschlüssig verbundenen Bodenteil-Abschnitten (19-26), wobei jeder Bodenteil-Abschnitt (19-26) mit der dem Boden (38) zugewandten Seitenkante eines separaten Seitenwandteiles (10-­ 17) einstückig verbunden ist;
  • c) jedes Bodenteil (34-37) weist an jeder Seite, die einem benachbarten Bodenteil (34-37) zugewandt ist, einen die mittlere Rillung (43) des Bodens (38) enthaltenden Überlappungsbereich (28-33) auf, der das jeweils benachbarte Bodenteil (34-37) im entfalteten Zustand der Verpackung (27) überlappt, derart, daß sich ein geschlossener Boden (38) ergibt.
