Claims (4)

1. Serielles Schienenheizband, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sechs einzelne isolierte Heizleiter (1) flach nebeneinander angeordnet in eine gemeinsame flexible Hülle (2) eingebettet werden, wodurch ein Heizband entsteht, welches zur Optimierung der Wärme­ übertragung ebene Seitenflächen aufweist. Die Werkstoffe für die elektrische Isolierung der Heizleiter und für die flexible Hülle besitzen eine thermische Beständigkeit bis 200°C. Sie werden weiterhin so gewählt, dass eine mechanische Trennung der Hülle (2) von den isolierten Heizleitern (1) auf einfache Weise herbeigeführt werden kann. Idealerweise besteht die Heizleiterisolierung aus einem Fluorpolymer, die Hülle (2) aus Silikon.1.
