Claims (4)

1. Vorrichtung zur Überwachung wenigstens eines Betriebspa­ rameters eines Funktionselements eines Fahrzeugs, insbe­ sondere eines Gaspedals und/oder einer Drosselklappe mit wenigstens einer Überwachungseinheit, die gegenläufige Ausgangsspannungen (U1, U2) abgeben, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • - dass die Überwachungseinheit ein pin-justierter Dreh­ winkelsensor (21, 22) mit wenigstens einem ASIC- Schaltkreis-Element (3.1, 3.2) ist, das jeweils ein Hall-Element (18.1, 18.2) aufweist, und
  • - dass die Hall-Elemente (18.1, 18.2) in einer Abstands­ ausnehmung (14) um 180° versetzt angeordnet sind.

  • - dass in einer ersten Abstandsausnehmung (14) ein er­ ster pin-justierter Drehwinkelsensor (21, 22) mit zwei ASIC-Schaltkreis-Elementen (3.1, 3.2) mit jeweils ei­ nem Hall-Element (18.1, 18.2) angeordnet ist, und
  • - dass das erste Hall-Element (18.1) gegenüber dem zwei­ ten Hall-Element (18.2) um 180° versetzt angeordnet ist.

  • - dass in einer dritten Abstandsausnehmung (14) eines dritten pin-justierten Drehwinkelsensors (22) wenig­ stens ein viertes ASIC-Schaltkreis-Element (3.1, 3.2) mit einem Hall-Element (18.1, 18.2) angeordnet ist, das gegenüber dem dritten ASIC-Schaltkreis-Element (3.1, 3.2) um 180° versetzt angeordnet ist.
