Claims (4)

Laserbearbeitungsmaschine zum gleichzeitigen Bearbeiten mehrerer Bearbeitungsstellen eines Werkstücks mit einem einen Pyramidenspiegel (9) umfassenden optischen Strahlteiler (1) zur Aufteilung eines zentralen Laserstrahls in mehrere zur Laserbearbeitung vorgesehene Laserteilstrahlen (10 bis 13) und mit mehreren jeweils einem Laserteilstrahl (10 bis 13) zugeordneten Fokussierspiegeln (5) des optischen Strahlteilers (1).1.
