Claims (17)

1. Wirbelimplantat mit an benachbarten Wirbelkörpern anlegbaren Stützflächen, die im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen und mit einer Vielzahl von Verankerungselementen und mit einer Verstelleinrichtung zum Ändern der relativen Lage der Stützflächen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass in der Horizontalebene einseitig ein Trennschlitz (1) eingebracht ist und in Vertikalrichtung innerhalb der Ebene des Trennschlitzes ein Durchbruch (8) so eingebracht ist,
dass expandierbare blattfederähnliche Elemente (3, 3') und rahmenförmige Implantatanteile (4, 4') entstanden und in seiner Längsmittelachse (11) von der dem Trennschlitz (1) entgegengesetzten Seite endseitig die Bohrung mit Innengewinde (10) und anschließender Zylinderbohrung (5) eingebracht ist, durch die mittels eines Spreitzelements (12) zuerst die blattfederähnlichen Elemente (3, 3') und anschließend die rahmenförmigen Implantatanteile (4, 4') nach außen spreizbar sind.1. vertebral implant with support surfaces which can be placed on adjacent vertebral bodies and which run essentially parallel to one another and with a large number of anchoring elements and with an adjusting device for changing the relative position of the support surfaces, characterized in that
