Claims (5)

1. Positionssicherungseinheit von Gehhilfen, insbesondere von Unterarmstützen, Stöcken und dergleichen orthopädischen Stütz- und Gehhilfen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie zwei Befestigungselemente aufweist, von denen ein Befestigungselement mit der Gehhilfe oberhalb deren Schwerpunkt verbindbar ist und das andere Befestigungselement an einem Fixpunkt anbringbar ist
und daß zwischen beiden Befestigungselementen diese verbindend eine Seilrolleinheit mit einem mittels einer Feder bewirktem Selbsteinzugsmechanismus vorgesehen ist.1.
