Abstract

Flotation system comprises a pump (3), reactor (5) and air chamber (6). The dwell time in the reactor is raised using a circulation or an air/water phase. Preferred Features: A membrane accumulator is connected directly to the reactor to stabilize the pressure and for saturating the gas. Strongly aerated water is directly fed from the accumulator through a bypass system.
