Abstract

A ratchet ring for a ratchet spanner has a reinforced outer spline pattern which is engaged by a ratchet block when torque is applied. The splines have sloping profiles (211) at one end and at the other end the grooves between the splines have sloping wedge profiles (212) running into a ring which bounds one side of a groove for the split ring retainer. The wedge provides additional strength for the splines which are shaped for maximum torque transfer.

Claims (4)

Eine Ausführungsform eines Klinkenrades, bestehend aus einem Klinkenrad (20), der in einer Aufnahmekammer (11) eines Schraubenschüssels (10) montiert ist, mit einem verzahnten Anschlagblock (30) eingreift, und aus einem Schließring (40), der in der Aufnahmekammer (11) montiert ist und mit dem das Klinkenrad (20) darin festgehalten wird; dieses Klinkenrad (20) auf seiner Außenseite eine Verzahnung (21), auf einer Seite einen Fixierblock (22) und eine um diesen Fixierblock (22) herum verlaufende Fixierrille (221) für das Fixieren des Schließringes (40) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Zahn (21) des Klinkenrades (20) an beiden distalen Enden einen Abschrägungswinkel (211) aufweist, und zwischen zwei angrenzenden Zähnen (21) neben dem Fixierblock (22) ein Schrägwinkel (212) für die Verstärkung vorgesehen ist.1.
