Abstract

The gases are housed in two separate 200 bar pressure cylinders (1,2). Pressure reducers (3,4) are provided on the cylinders, by means of which the cylinder pressure is reduced to a pressure of about 8 - 14 bar. The pressure cylinders are connected to a ball valve (5) via a medium pressure pipe. The pressure reducer (3) has a medium pressure which is 1 bar higher than the medium pressure of the other pressure reducer (4). When the ball valve is closed, the gas is taken from the pressure cylinder (2) by the diver, but when the ball valve is open, the gas from pressure cylinder (1) is taken because of the higher medium pressure of the pressure reducer (3).

Claims (1)

Das System ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Gase in zwei getrennten Druckbehältern, vorzugsweise 200 bar Druckbehälter (1/2), befindet.
Mittels an den Druckflaschen angeschlossenen Druckminderer (3 und 4) wird der Flaschendruck auf einen Mitteldruck vorzugsweise zwischen 8-14 bar reduziert.
Über eine Mitteldruckleitung sind beide Druckbehälter an einem Kugelhahn (5) angeschlossen, Mitteldruck aus (3) am Eingang des Kugelhahn (5) und Mitteldruck (4) am Ausgang des Kugelhahn (5), der Verbraucher (6) ist an der Mitteldruckleitung zwischen (4) und (5) angeschlossen.
Der Druckminderer 3 muss dabei einen um vorzugsweise 1 bar höheren Mitteldruck wie der Druckminderer 4 haben.
Bei geschlossenem Kugelhahn (5) wird das Gas des Druckbehälters (2) über den Verbraucher (6) entnommen.
Bei geöffnetem Kugelhahn (5) wird das Gas aus dem Druckbehälter (1) entnommen. Durch den höheren Mitteldruck des Druckminderers (3) kommt es zu keiner Vermischung des Gases aus 1 und 2.
