Claims (3)
einen Mikroprozessor (1), der innerhalb eines an der Straßenkreuzung angeordneten Steuergeräts installiert ist, wobei er alle Schaltungen kontrolliert;
eine Ampel (2), die an den Mikroprozessor (1) angeschlossen ist, wobei sie vom Mikroprozessor (1) gesteuert ist, um Lichtsignale zur Fahrtrichtung oder zum Stoppen zu geben;
ein Anzeigebrett (3), das an den Mikroprozessor (1) angeschlossen ist, wobei es vom Mikroprozessor (1) gesteuert ist, um Zeichen, Figuren oder Bilder anzuzeigen;
eine Videokamera (4), die am Mikroprozessor (1) angeschlossen ist und zur Überwachung des Verkehrsflusses dient, wobei die aufgenommenen Bilder zurück auf den Verkehrscomputer (91) der Straßenverkehrszentrale übertragen sind;
einen Komprimierungsstromkreis (5), der mit dem Mikroprozessor (1) und der Videokamera (4) verbunden ist, wobei die von der Videokamera (4) aufgenommenen Bilddaten durch den Komprimierungsstromkreis (5) komprimiert sind und anschließend auf den Mikroprozessor (1) übertragen sind;
einen Eingabe-Ausgabe-Anschluss (6), der an den Mikroprozessor (1) angeschlossen ist, wobei der Eingabe- Ausgabe-Anschluss (6) zur Eingabe oder Ausgabe von Signalen dient;
einen Verkehrsflussdetektor (7), der an den Eingabe- Ausgabe-Anschluss (6) angeschlossen ist und zur Erfassung des Verkehrsflusses dient, wobei die Erfassungsdaten auf den Mikroprozessor (1) übertragen sind;
eine digitale Teilnehmeranschlussleitung (8), die an den Eingabe-Ausgabe-Anschluss (6) angeschlossen ist und zur Übertragung oder zum Empfang von Signalen dient;
ein Breitbandkabelnetz (9), das an die digitale Teilnehmeranschlussleitung (8) und einen Verkehrscomputer (91) der Straßenverkehrszentrale angeschlossen ist, wobei die Steuersignale des Verkehrscomputers (91) mittels des Breitbandkabelnetzes (9) auf den Mikroprozessor (1) jeder Straßenkreuzung übertragen sind, während das Breitbandkabelnetz (9) die vom an jeder Straßenkreuzung angeordneten Mikroprozessor (1) ausgesendeten Signale empfängt.1. A device for traffic regulation and data transmission, which comprises:
a microprocessor ( 1 ) installed within a control device located at the intersection, controlling all circuits;
to give a light (2) which is connected to the microprocessor (1), being controlled by the microprocessor (1) for light signals to the drive direction or to stop;
a display board (3) which is connected to the microprocessor (1), wherein it is controlled by the microprocessor (1), to characters, figures or pictures displayed;
a video camera ( 4 ) which is connected to the microprocessor ( 1 ) and is used to monitor the flow of traffic, the recorded images being transmitted back to the traffic computer ( 91 ) of the road traffic control center;
a compression circuit (5) which is connected to the microprocessor (1) and the video camera (4), wherein the images captured by the video camera (4) image data are compressed by the compression circuit (5) and are subsequently transferred to the microprocessor (1) ;
an input-output connector ( 6 ) connected to the microprocessor ( 1 ), the input-output connector ( 6 ) being used for input or output of signals;
a traffic flow detector ( 7 ), which is connected to the input-output connection ( 6 ) and serves to detect the traffic flow, the detection data being transmitted to the microprocessor ( 1 );
a digital subscriber line ( 8 ), which is connected to the input-output connection ( 6 ) and is used for transmitting or receiving signals;
a broadband cable network ( 9 ) which is connected to the digital subscriber line ( 8 ) and a traffic computer ( 91 ) of the road traffic control center, the control signals of the traffic computer ( 91 ) being transmitted to the microprocessor ( 1 ) of each road crossing by means of the broadband cable network ( 9 ), while the broadband cable network ( 9 ) receives the signals emitted by the microprocessor ( 1 ) located at each intersection.
