Claims (4)

1. Kommunikationsvorrichtung, mit
einem zum Ableiten von Verkehr von einer ersten opti­ schen Strecke zu einer zweiten optischen Strecke betreibba­ ren Schalter;
einem Detektor zur Erfassung eingehenden Verkehrs; und
einer Verarbeitungseinrichtung, die in der Lage ist zu ermitteln, dass während einer Zeitdauer von ungefähr 10 msec bis ungefähr 50 msec kein Verkehr über die erste opti­ sche Strecke empfangen wurde.
