Claims (22)

1. Eine Vorrichtung als Halte- und Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Verriegelung zur Befestigung an einem Schutzplankenpfosten, welche aus mindestens einem Schaftrohr besteht, in welches das Standrohr der Schilder und Verkehrszeichen eingesteckt wird. Das Schaftrohr der Halte- und Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Verrie­ gelung ist in seinem inneren Querschnitt auf die äußeren Abmessungen der Standrohre abgestimmt. An dem Schaftrohr sind ein Gewindestück, in welches die Halteschrauben eingedreht werden, eine Aufnahmeklammer mit Anlage und ein Aufnahmeprofil angeordnet. Die Aufnahmeklammer und die Anlage können alternativ als eine Einheit ausgebildet sein. An den beiden Schenkeln des Aufnahmeprofils sind ein Lager und ein Winkel angeordnet. Das Lager dient als Drehpunkt, in dem der Verschluss schwenkbar gelagert ist und an der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Aufnahme­ profils ist der Winkel angeordnet. Der Verschluss bildet durch den Verbinder mit dem Mitnehmer eine feste Einheit. Der Verschluss kann alternativ auch zwei Mitnehmer aufweisen. Das Schaftrohr weist seitlich eine Öffnung auf, in welche der Mitnehmer hinein ragt. Durch das Einstecken des Standrohres in das Schaftrohr betätigt das Standrohr den Mitnehmer und somit wird der Verschluss automatisch geschwenkt und in dem Winkel verriegelt, dadurch wird der Pfosten der Schutzplanken umfasst. Somit wird die Halte- und Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Verriegelung an dem Pfosten der Schutzplanke ausgerichtet. Durch das Aufnahmeprofil wird die Halte- und Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Verriegelung an dem Pfosten der Schutzplanke senkrecht aus­ gerichtet. Das eingesteckte Standrohr wird durch die Halteschraube in dem Schaftrohr fixiert. Alternativ kann an dem Schaftrohr ein weiteres Schaftrohr angeordnet sein. Dadurch ist es möglich, die Halte- und Aufnahmevorrichtung mit den unter­ schiedlichen Standrohren der Schilder und Verkehrszeichen zu bestücken. Dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halte- und Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Verriegelung (1) aus dem Schaftrohr-A- (2) besteht, an dem ein Gewindestück (14), die Aufnahmeklammer (4) mit der Anlage (5), das Aufnahmeprofil (3) angeordnet sind. An den Schenkeln des Aufnahmeprofils (3) ist außen an der einen Seite das Lager (7) und an der gegenüber liegenden Seite der Winkel (8) angeordnet. Der Drehpunkt (13) des Verschlusses (9) ist das Lager (7), in dem der Verschluss (9) schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Am Schaftrohr-A- (2) kann alternativ ein weiteres Schaftrohr-B- (16) angeordnet sein. Das Standrohr (18) der Schilder und Verkehrszeichen (20) wird in das Schaftrohr-A- (2) oder alternativ in das Schaftrohr-B- (3) eingesteckt und mit der Halteschraube (15) fixiert. Das Schaft­ rohr-A- (2) weist seitlich eine Öffnung (12) auf, in welche der Mitnehmer (10.1) hinein ragt. Der Verschluss (9) bildet mit dem Verbinder (6) und dem Mitnehmer (10.1) eine feste Einheit und ist durch die Achse (7) schwenkbar gelagert. Alternativ kann an dem Mitnehmer (10.1) ein weiterer Mitnehmer (10.2) angeordnet sein. Das Schaftrohr (2) weist seitlich eine Öffnung (12) auf, in welche der Mitnehmer (10.1) hinein ragt. Durch das Einstecken des Standrohres (18) in das Schaftrohr (2) betätigt das Standrohr (18) den Mitnehmer (10.1), dadurch wird der Verschluss (9) automatisch geschwenkt und in dem Winkel (8) verriegelt, durch die Verriegelung wird der Pfosten (17) der Schutzplanken (19) umfasst und somit wird die Halte- und Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Verriegelung (1) an dem Pfosten (17) der Schutzplanke (19) ausgerichtet. Durch das Aufnahmeprofil (3) wird die Halte- und Aufnahmevorrichtung mit Verriegelung (1) an dem Pfosten (17) der Schutzplanke (19) senkrecht ausgerichtet.
