Abstract

Disclosed is a sole (14) of a running shoe, comprising at least one cleat (16) which is disposed in said sole (14) such that the length thereof can be modified in the axial longitudinal direction thereof. The cap (22) of the cleat is mounted in a rigid, sleeve-shaped guiding part (28) of a guiding member (24) by means of an elastically deformable damping member (60) so as to be displaceable in a longitudinal direction. At least some areas of the free edge of the sleeve-shaped guiding part (28) are configured in a rubbery elastic manner.

Claims (16)

1. Schuhsohle (14) eines Laufschuhs (12),
  • - mit zumindest einem Stollen (16, 16.4, 16.6) der in seiner axialen Längsausrichtung (78) längenveränderbar in der Schuhsohle (14) vorhanden ist,
  • - wobei die Stollenkappe (22, 22.4, 22.6) des längenver­ änderbaren Stollens mittels eines elastisch verformbaren Dämpfungsgliedes (60) in einem steifen, hülsenförmigen Führungsteil (28, 28.4, 28.6) eines Führungsgliedes (24, 24.4, 24.6) längsverstellbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • - der freie Rand des hülsenförmigen Führungsteils (28, 28.4, 28.6) zumindest bereichsweise gummielastisch ausgebildet ist.

  • - eine U- oder kappenförmige Rastfeder (54) von außen in die Längsschlitze (50) eingreifbar ausgebildet ist,
  • - die Druckfeder (60) endseitig einerseits am Boden (44) der Befestigungshülse (46), andererseits an der Rastfeder (54) drückend anlegbar ist,
  • - die Stollenkappe (22) an der Rastfeder (54) so anbringbar ist, dass beim axialen Verstellen der Druckfeder (60) längs der Längsschlitze (50) die Stollenkappe (22) die gleiche axiale Verstellung wie die Druckfeder (60) erfährt.
7. Shoe sole according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that

8. Schuhsohle nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • - ein Durchbruch (38) in dem Bodenteil (26) des Führungsgliedes (24) vorhanden ist, durch den hindurch der Gewindebolzen (42) so hindurchführbar ist, dass bei vollständig durchgeführtem Gewindebolzen (42) das Bodenteil (26) von innen an dem Rand des Durchbruches (38) anliegt, so dass das Bodenteil (26) und damit das Führungsglied (24) bei in die Schuhsohle (14) eingeschraubtem Gewindebolzen (42) zwischen der Schuhsohle (14) und dem Boden (44) der Befestigungshülse (46) eingespannt gehalten ist.
8. Shoe sole according to one of claims 5 to 7, characterized in that
