Entgratungs-, Polier- und Mischmaschinen üblicher stationärer Bauart im metall- oder kunststoffverarbeitendem Gewerbe sind auf Grund ihrer Größe, dem erforderlichen Schüttgutvolumen und der Menge der zur Weiterverarbeitung benötigten Zusatzmittel nicht für 0 - Serien oder anfallende Kleinteile geeignet. Bei diesen für Großserien eingesetzten, teueren Maschinen würden, wie in der Praxis bekannt, ca. 20 - 30 % der zu bearbeitenden Kleinteile bei der Entleerung der Maschine, nach abgeschlossener Behandlung, im Zusatzmittel verbleiben, da meistens die zugesetzten Gleit- oder Schleifmedien größer sind als die zu bearbeitenden Teile. Ein betriebswirtschaftlicher Einsatz ist auf Grund der anfallenden Verbrauchsdaten bei geringern Stückzahlen und kleineren Teilen nicht sinnvoll.Deburring, polishing and mixing machines of the usual stationary design in the metal or plastic processing industry are not suitable for 0 series or small parts due to their size, the required bulk material volume and the amount of additives required for further processing.
