Claims (1)
Dadurch gekennzeichnet:
Adapterplatte (3) bilden das Bindeglied zwischen den jeweiligen Anschlussbedingungen der verschiedenen Spannerhersteller und den Backen des modularen Spann- und Anschlagsystem.
Außen- (1) bzw. Mittenbacke (2) werden auf den Adapterplatten fixiert und festgeschraubt. Mit Hilfe einer Spitzverzahnung (13) und einer 90° dazu gelegenen Paßnut (12) werden die verschiedenen Spannelemente (5) fixiert und befestigt. Weiterhin befinden sich an den Außenflächen der Backen Befestigungs- und Positioniermöglichkeiten (14/15) für Anschläge (11), Andrücker, etc.
Spreizelement (4) werden mit den Spannelementen (5) verschraubt und dienen zum Festhalten der Spannelemente bis zum eigentlichen Spannvorgang durch den Kompaktspanner.
Spannelemente (5) bilden im modularen System den unmittelbaren Kontakt zum Werkstück. Sie werden auf den Backen (1/2) fixiert und mittels Spreizelement (4) gehalten. Spannelemente gibt es in verschiedenen Ausführungen (6/7/8/9/10/. . .)
Das modulare Spannbacken- und Anschlagsystem kommt zur Anwendung, wenn bei spanender Bearbeitung von Werkstücken im Bereich der verarbeitenden Industrie, oder bei Prüfarbeitsgängen auf die äußere Geometrie der Werkstücke mittels Kompaktspanner gespannt werden soll.Modular clamping jaw and stop system for compact clamps
Characterized:

Outer ( 1 ) or middle jaw ( 2 ) are fixed and screwed onto the adapter plates. The various clamping elements ( 5 ) are fixed and fastened with the help of serration ( 13 ) and a 90 ° fitting groove ( 12 ). Furthermore, there are on the outer surfaces of the jaws fixing and positioning possibilities (14/15) for stops (11), presser, etc.
Spreading element ( 4 ) are screwed to the clamping elements ( 5 ) and are used to hold the clamping elements in place until the actual clamping process is carried out by the compact clamp.
Clamping elements ( 5 ) form the direct contact to the workpiece in the modular system. They are fixed on the cheeks (1/2) and held by means of spreader (4). Clamping elements are available in different versions (6/7/8/9/10 /...)
The modular clamping jaw and stop system is used when the external geometry of the workpieces is to be clamped using compact clamps during machining of workpieces in the manufacturing industry or during test operations.
