Claims (13)

1. Bestrahlungsvorrichtung (1) zum Bestrahlen eines Objektes mit ultravioletter (UV) Strahlung, mit
einem Gehäuse (2) zum Aufnehmen eines zu bestrahlenden Objektes (11) in einem gasförmiges Kohlendioxid (CO2) enthaltenden unteren Teil (3) des Gehäuses (2),
wobei der obere Teil des Gehäuses einen zu öffnenden Deckel (4) umfaßt, der eine Öffnung zum Einbringen eines zu bestrahlenden Objektes (11) von oben in den unteren Teil (3) des Gehäuses verschließt, und
einer UV-Bestrahlungseinrichtung (5) zum Bereitstellen und Abgeben von UV- Strahlung auf ein in den unteren Teil (3) des Gehäuses (2) eingebrachtes zu bestrahlendes Objekt (11).
