Abstract

Collapsible plug-in connection system dispenser holder (1) with at least four plug-in connections (4, 9, 14, 18) and a dispenser holder (3) for receiving a product (21) that is wound on a roll for unrolling.

Description

The present invention relates to a foldable plug-in connection system-dispenser holder for receiving a product, in particular a biodegradable adhesive tape, rolled up on a roll for the purpose of unrolling.

The housing also serves as cardboard packaging, stackable product enrichment with product suspension and information area for the advantages of the product for education and advertising.

For use as a dispenser, the foldable plug-in connection system is folded into a dispenser housing and fitted with a preferably biodegradable adhesive tape and plugged together.

The foldable plug-in connection system for receiving a product rolled up on a roll for unrolling, in particular a biodegradable adhesive tape, means that no packaging material waste is generated during the conversion of the cardboard packaging into a functional unwinder.

The foldable dispenser housing can be converted from the cardboard packaging into a functional dispenser and unfolded again by simply folding the cardboard packaging using a simple plug-in connection system. In this case, the biodegradable adhesive tape is simply fixed in a rollable manner on a boom of the foldable plug-in connection system by at least one plug-in connection.

The packaging offers enough space to inform customers about the advantages of the biodegradable adhesive tape and is itself a place for advertising and education, e.g. about the ecological value of the product. When the roll of tape is empty, the empty tape can be easily exchanged for a new tape by unplugging the connectors.

The Biodegradable Tape Dispenser as a product is fully recyclable/recyclable. The use of paper products, in particular biodegradable cardboard, also provides an ecologically recyclable and cost-effective material that can be easily processed.

From the prior art, dispensers for office use for dispensing transparent single-sided adhesive tape made of transparent or colored plastic, which are wound up on a roll and arranged rotatably within a housing, are generally known.

For removal, the adhesive tape is guided through an opening in the housing in a cutting area of a cutting tool, in order to be pulled out/unrolled there by the user and cut to a desired length by guiding it over the cutting tool. Temporary fixing of the adhesive tape is preferably possible in the cutting area in order to keep the adhesive tape still connected to the roll available for further access.

The housing can usually be opened so that a new roll of adhesive tape can be refilled. Otherwise, the dispenser is designed as a disposable product and is disposed of after the adhesive tape has been unrolled.

The prior art shows in the US 3,815,801A , US 4,401,248A and US 5,642,866A Unwinder for unwinding a product rolled up on a roll, the housing of which can be made of paper/cardboard and/or plastic and metal.

The pamphlet EP 1 900 667 A1 (cf. also DE 20 2007 018 796 U1 ) shows an unwinder for unwinding a product rolled up on a roll, in particular an adhesive tape, the roll being arranged rotatably within the unwinder, with a housing made of side walls made of a blank and a separating element over which the product is guided, for creating product sections. The product is intended to be disposable.

The present invention overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art.

The present invention is based on the object of optimizing a housing for a dispenser in such a way that a foldable plug-in connection system is provided in which products that have been rolled up can be easily accommodated, with the presentation and packaging simultaneously taking over the function of the housing and the packaging becoming the housing for the recording of a reeled product is foldable.

Another benefit is the easy, reusable handling of the foldable connector system for use with reeled products made from a sustainable, biodegradable material.

The essential difference to the entire currently known state of the art in the subject of the invention disclosure is that the technical construction of the folding structure only requires plug connections without further fixations and can therefore be manufactured very sustainably and is reusable.

This problem is solved with a combination of features according to the main claim.

Further advantageous and possibly also preferred configurations can be found in the dependent claims.

The foldable plug connection system dispenser holder (1) is designed with at least four plug connections (4, 9, 14, 18) and a dispenser holder (3) for receiving a product (21) that is rolled up on a roll for unrolling.

Furthermore, the product intended to be taken up can be a biodegradable adhesive tape (22).

The foldable plug-in connection system dispenser mount (1) can also have a first plug-in connection (4), a first plug (5), a first catch (6), a first groove (7) and a first catch groove (8).

The foldable plug-in connection system dispenser holder (1) can also have a second plug-in connection (9), a second plug (10), a second catch (11), a second groove (12) and a second catch groove (13).

In particular, the foldable plug connection system dispenser holder (1) can also have a third plug connection (14), a third plug (15), a third catch (16) and a third groove (17).

Furthermore, the foldable plug connection system dispenser holder (1) can have a fourth plug connection (18) with a cut edge (23) with two lugs (20) and two corresponding slot holders (19).

The cutting edge (23) can in particular have a sawing/cutting edge (24).

The roll-off mount (3) can in particular be adaptable to a drum diameter of a drummed-on product (21), preferably by folding.

The material of the foldable connector system (1) can in particular consist of a sustainable, biodegradable product and/or cardboard and/or a paper product.

The cutting edge (23) can be designed so that it can be loaded and/or pushed on with a removable metal clip (25) with a sawing/cutting edge (24).

A foldable plug-in connection system dispenser mount (1) according to the invention can be used in particular for a product (21) wound on a roll.

Furthermore, it can be used in such a way that the product (21) rolled up on a roll is a biodegradable adhesive tape (22).

This means that a constructively simple folding structure is technically and materially sustainable, which, in addition to pleasing aesthetics using natural materials, also forms a unit that is easy to present. The product is easy to store as a foldable plug connection system. The inventive foldable plug-in connection system does not require any further additional fixing elements or adhesives. The innovative foldable connector system is easy to assemble and disassemble. Free areas on the inventive foldable connector system are suitable for marketing as advertising space, for product information such as folding instructions or for reusability or sustainable disposal.

The third area shows the fourth plug connection 18, which has the cut edge 23 on a deflectable tab. The cutting edge 23 each side has two opposing lugs 20, each of which corresponds to a slot receptacle 19 in the respective side parts.

The cutting edge 23 is provided at its distal end with a sawing/cutting edge 24, which can be reinforced by pushing or attaching a metal clip 25 with its own sawing/cutting edge 24, in order to possibly separate firmer products that can be reeled on.
