Description

Golf is a sport that takes place almost exclusively outdoors. But you can't play golf without golf equipment. But how do you get the large, unwieldy golf bag or even a golf caddy to the golf course without your own vehicle?

Currently there are only golf caddies that were designed as integrated bike trailers. However, these golf caddies then have all the disadvantages of a bicycle trailer (unhandy, driving characteristics of the bicycle are severely impaired, ...).

The golf bike bag described here is designed for transporting a complete set of golf equipment on the bike.

This golf bike bag is easily and effortlessly mounted/locked on the existing bike rack and does not interfere with cycling, only the saddle with a leg swing over the bike rack has to be different due to the length of the golf clubs.

Combined golf bag with caddy, which can be easily mounted/locked (9) on any standard bike with a bike rack and then safely transported by bike. Fastening/locking of the golf bicycle bag (9) on standard bicycle racks using click, clamp or screw fasteners, optionally firmly connected to the bicycle using a lockable device. A corresponding counterpart must be mounted on the luggage carrier for attachment/locking. The main subjects (2) are divided into 2 categories: a) For golf clubs (different numbers of golf clubs are possible) (10), differentiation for the different types of golf clubs (putter, iron, driver, etc.) is not necessary and b) on both sides there are extra compartments for vertical storage of golf balls (11, 12) ball singulator (not shown) for easy ball removal. The middle compartment (3), which is not suitable for golf clubs due to its design, is used to store typical golf and personal items, such as golf tees, rags, range finders, but also smartphones or keys. This compartment is optionally lockable. Extendable, height-adjustable handle (1) (as with suitcases) and sufficiently large, all-terrain wheels, preferably with rubber profiles (6), so that the golf bike bag can be easily pulled behind. Sealing rosette/lamella closure around the golf clubs (8) to protect the golf club grips and the golf bike bag itself from moisture. These fasteners are radially movable (like a camera shutter) so that you can easily insert and remove the golf club from the golf bike bag. These sealing rosettes secure the golf clubs from falling out when being transported on a bicycle. Grilles on the bottom of the golf club compartments (7) to remove moisture or dirt from the golf bike bag. Materials are used that a) have a very low weight and b) promise a long service life.
