Abstract

Kastenförmiger Transport- und Aufbewahrungsbehälter für Kuchen dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Behälter aus einem Boden, zwei Seitenteilen und einer Abdeckung mit Griff besteht und das der Boden und die Abdeckung der Box durch geeignete Profile derart verbunden sind, dass die Abdeckung und der Boden horizontal verschiebbar und lösbar aber vertikal unlösbar zusammengehalten werden.

Dies wird gemäß Stand der Technik dadurch erreicht, dass der Deckel mit dem Boden mittels Klammern/Clips lösbar zusammengehalten werden. Solche kastenförmigen Kuchenbehälter gibt es von verschiedenen Firmen wie Emsa, Lock&Lock, Rotho u.a.m. Obwohl diese Behälter im Große und Ganzen ihren Zweck erfüllen, liest man doch immer wieder, dass diese Behälter Nachteile haben. Und zwar wird als großer Nachteil immer wieder das schwere Schließen und Öffnen der Klammern/Clips , Klappröhrchen, „Öhrchen“ wie bei Lock&Lock genannt, die den Deckel und den Boden der Box zusammenhalten.
