Das erfindungsgemäße Rhataniawurzelerzeugnis wird durch Rhataniawurzel gewonnen. Ein Ethanol-Extrakt wird beispielsweise durch Extraktion mit einer Alkohol-Wasser-Mischung hergestellt. Dabei werden alle wesentlichen Stoffgruppen der Rhataniawurzel extrahiert. Aus dem Extrakt kann der Reinharz-Extrakt (der alle Öle, Weich- und Hartharze umfasst) gewonnen werden. Der so gewonnene pastöse Extrakt kann mit einer Lösung als Trägermaterial gemischt und sprühgetrocknet werden. Damit ergibt sich ein Pulver und, wenn dieses nachverpresst wird, ein Granulat. Besonders bevorzugt in der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Rhataniawurzelextrakt, insbesondere ein CO2-Extrakt.
