Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a case with an access opening to an interior space, in which a holding device for articles is arranged in an interior position, the holding device being fastened in the interior space and having a plurality of fastening points at which articles can be fixed, and wherein the Holding device has a free end that can be accessed through the access opening.

Such a case is generally known from the prior art. For example, such a case is used as a pencil case in schools. Another field of application for such a case is, for example, the storage of tools. On the one hand, colored pencils, ballpoint pens or the like can be inserted into the holder device in such a case or, in the same way, hand tools such as screwdrivers or hexagon socket. Such a case is also used in the cosmetics sector for storing cosmetic pencils, brushes or the like. The article is therefore largely similar in shape to articles that can be arranged in the holding device according to an individual ordering principle.

The prior art case mentioned at the beginning generally has an approximately rectangular base and, when closed, is folded over a second half with a first half and can be closed or opened with a zipper that extends over three sides.

As an alternative to such an “orderly” case, there are also so-called Schlamper cases, in which pens or other items can be stored in a disordered manner. Access to articles in such a case is associated with some expenditure of time, since the article first has to be selected from the disordered plurality of articles before it can be removed.

Both types of cases have the disadvantage that the articles in the interior must always be accessed via the access opening. This is particularly problematic when the access opening is relatively small.

As an alternative to a Schlamper case, there are also those so-called with a pre-tensionable holding device, a spring device, to which the holding device is attached, is arranged in the interior space. As a result of which a predetermined restoring force is generated when it is pulled out, which in the outer position ensures that the holder device can be moved back completely through the access opening into the interior space.

So that the restoring force does not move the holding device back into the interior in an uncontrolled manner, a stop system or a braking system or a latching system, a locking device, are also required for cases with pre-tensionable holding devices.

The object of the present invention is therefore to develop a case of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that the interior of the case of stored articles can be accessed easily and quickly without a pre-tensionable holding device.

The object is achieved according to the invention in that the holding device can be moved between the inner position and an outer position through the access opening and is withdrawn in the outer position in the direction of the inner position by a pulling element

With the present invention it is more easily possible to move the holding device out of the interior of the case and then to obtain an overview of the at least one article arranged on the holding device. It is possible to find a searched article at the outer position of the holder device and to remove it from the holder device and move it into it more easily.

Another advantage of the present invention is that no spring device is arranged in the interior space to which the holder device is attached. Just a roll-up system. This saves more space and weight.

Another advantage of the present invention is that without the spring device and without the restoring force, no additional elements such as stop systems or braking systems / locking systems or locking devices are required to achieve a controlled movement of the holding device in the direction of the interior.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the roll-up system comprises a winding element for the holder device and a tension element. This makes it possible to provide, for example, cylindrical cases with a holder device which, when moving from the inner position to the outer position, unwinds from the winding element and winds it back onto the winding element with the aid of the tension element.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the interior space has a substantially round cross-section in which guide bushes are individually fitted with two opposing base plates, between which the winding element extends. As a result, the winding element can be designed as a drum, which is particularly suitable for winding and unwinding the holder device.
