Dies gilt insbesondere für die Zubereitung und dem Verzehr von Speisen (siehe z.B. GB 2 553 624 B , US 5 037 261 A , US 2013 0 090 756 A1 und CN 109 528 372 A ). Es existieren verschiedene Alltagshilfen für Personen mit Einschränkung. - einer Platte, die auf einer Ablagefläche fixierbar ist, und zwar insbesondere durch doppelseitige Klebepads, und
- einem Anbaumodul mit einer Einrichtung zur Unterstützung von hinsichtlich der Mobilität eines Arms oder einer Hand eingeschränkten Personen bei der Zubereitung und dem Verzehr von Speisen,
- wobei das Anbaumodul an der Platte abnehmbar anbringbar ist und eine Klemme nach Art einer Schraubzwinge aufweist,
- wobei die Klemme einen geschlossenen Klemmbügel aufweist, in dem ein Klemmschuh angeordnet ist, der mittels einer mit dem Klemmbügel in Gewindeeingriff stehenden Stellschraube zum zwischen dem Klemmschuh und dem Klemmbügel erfolgenden Fixieren einer Lebensmittelverpackung, welche einen abziehbaren, abnehmbaren oder aufreißbaren oder aufschneidbaren Deckel aufweist, verschiebbar ist.

Das Anbaumodul der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung weist dazu eine Klemme nach Art einer Schraubzwinge auf. Die Klemme ist mit einem geschlossenen Klemmbügel versehen, in dem sich ein Klemmschuh verschiebbar befindet. Der Klemmschuh ist mit dem Schaft einer Einstellschraube verbunden, die ihrerseits im Gewindeeingriff mit dem Klemmbügel steht. Außerhalb des Klemmbügels befindet sich der „Kopf“ der Einstellschraube, der als übliche Handhabe vergrößert und zur Verbesserung der Grifffestigkeit mit Rändelungen o.dgl.
