1. Schlagzeuger steht: Cajon auf Ständer (z.B. Snare-/Tomständer) mit nach vorne geneigter Schlagfläche, in Kombination mit Cajon-Drum-Stick und herkömmlichen Cajon-Crash. Das erfundene HiHat wird mit einem Galgen am Cajon-Ständer befestigt. Am HiHat-Galgen wird noch ein weiterer Galgen für das Cajon-Crashbecken befestigt. Die linke Hand spielt Bass-Drum und Snare, rechts wird die erfundene HiHat (mittels Cajon Brush) gespielt.
2. Schlagzeuger sitzt auf Cajon: Mini-Cajon (als Tom auf Ständer) Rest vgl. Anwendungsmöglichkeit 1
3. Schlagzeuger sitzt auf Cajon, in Kombination mit einem herkömmlichen Cajon-Bass-Drumpedal (bzw. normales Bassdrumpedal auf Holzplatte befestigt und „rückwärts“ benutzen). Erfundene Hihat und Cajon-Drum-Stick (vgl. Anwendungsmöglichkeit 2)
