Description

1. Technical field

The present invention relates to a shoe upper comprising straps, a shoe comprising the shoe upper.

2. State of the art

Everyday use and in particular sporting use of footwear places a number of competing demands on footwear. Footwear should be light and comfortable to wear, it should be flexible enough to allow the foot to move, but it should also provide the right amount of support to prevent injury and allow for maximum performance.

EP 3 289 907 A1 relates to an upper for a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, comprising at least one strap area which covers at least 50% of the upper, the at least one strap area comprising a plurality of connected straps. A further aspect relates to an upper for a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, which comprises at least one strap section with a multiplicity of connected straps, the straps being zigzag-stitched to one another at their edges.

EP 0 960 578 A1 refers to a shoe with a molded bottom provided with a series of slits on the edges or with through-holes on the sole for attachment of a closed upper made of fabric or leather strap, which encircles the instep and instep wraps around

U.S. 2002/0 129 517 A1 relates to a safety shoe for protecting a person's foot from harmful injury, comprising a high-impact outer shell, an inner dense foam insert, a solid toe cap, a heel counter, an insole, an outsole, and a moisture-wicking material surrounding the dense foam insert. The outer shell includes a series of flexible, interlocking gliding straps that encircle the foot and fold under the foot between the outsole and insole. Entry into the shoe is via a rear opening with a flush mounted buckle to close the shoe around the foot.

US 2012/0 117 45 A1 relates to footwear comprising a plurality of strips. The bonds between continuous sections of the article can be reinforced by weaving a plurality of strips through apertures located in one or more continuous sections. A continuous portion may include a tongue portion of an article. The attachment of the tongue portion to a front of an article can be enhanced by weaving a plurality of strips through openings.

The shoe upper is woven and shaped by the elastic cord cross, and the toe cap is designed with a V-shaped opening. The object of the present invention is to improve the fit and wearing comfort of existing shoes, in particular for sporting use.

Shoes for ball sports, such as soccer, have the additional requirement that a ball must be accurately controlled. It is therefore a further object of the present invention to provide footwear which enables better control of the ball.

3. Summary of the Invention

These objects are solved by a shoe upper according to the independent claims. The invention relates in particular to an upper comprising at least a first band and a second band, the first band and/or the second band being elastic, (a) the first band comprising a first edge, (b) a first section of the first edge of the first strap is not attached to the second strap, and (c) wherein a second portion of the first edge of the first strap is attached to the second strap, and (d) wherein the shoe upper further comprises a third strap that is at least partially located between the first band and the second band.

A band in the present context is any essentially two-dimensional element that has a larger circumference in two dimensions than in a third dimension. A band can be, for example, a textile sheet, bandage, strip, and so on. The textile sheet can be woven, non-woven, warp-knitted or knitted.

An important feature of the shoe upper according to the present invention is that the first band and the second band are only partially attached attached to each other at a first edge of the first band. However, it is to be understood that the first band and the second band may be partially or fully attached to each other along another edge different from the first edge, for example an edge that is substantially perpendicular or substantially parallel to the first edge runs. "Substantially perpendicular" as used herein means at an angle between 60 and 120 degrees. "Substantially parallel" means at an angle between 0 and 30 degrees.

The shoe upper according to the present invention can be for any type of shoe, e.g. for an athletic shoe such as a running shoe, a soccer shoe, a golf shoe, a tennis shoe, etc., or for a hiking boot, hiking shoe, etc.

The shoe upper according to the present invention offers a better fit than shoe uppers known in the prior art. In particular, the shoe upper easily adapts to different foot shapes, e.g. during training, and can be "locked" to offer optimal support when worn. Because the first band and the second band are only partially attached to each other along the first edge, the first band and the second band are movable and can move relative to each other. In particular, the first portion may have some play to move relative to the second strap when the top is worn or in a stretched condition. In other words, the first section can be moveable with respect to the second band. For example, the first band may move away from the second band or move in a direction parallel to the surface of the second band.

Therefore, the shoe upper offers greater flexibility, while at the same time providing comfortable support, than shoe uppers known in the prior art. In addition, it is easier and more comfortable to put a foot in a shoe upper according to the present invention since the entry opening can be opened more easily and more widely.

With regard to the said elasticity of the first band and/or the second band, the term “elastic” is to be understood from the perspective of a person skilled in the art of shoe development. Since at least one of the two straps is elastic, the wearing comfort and the fit are further improved. The first band and/or the second band can comprise elastane and/or polyester, for example.

The first band and the second band can at least partially overlap. In the areas of the shoe upper where the first band and the second band overlap, increased support can be created and thus provided to a wearer's feet. It is also possible that the first band and the second band overlap completely.

The first portion of the first edge of the first strap may be positioned closer to a toe region of the shoe upper than the second portion of the first edge of the first strap. As a result, a toe area of the shoe upper is more flexible and the toes can be moved, which improves wearing comfort.

The second portion of the first edge of the first band may be secured to the second band by a stitched seam. Stitching is a preferred method that allows the second portion of the first edge of the first band to be securely attached to the second band even though the first portion of the first edge of the first band is not attached to the second band. In addition, the transition between the first portion and the second portion of the first edge of the first band can be very precise.

At least a portion of the first band or a portion of the second band may be in a pre-stretched condition when the shoe upper is not being worn. This is also possible for the third band or a fourth band if present or other bands if present. In other words, at least a portion of the first band or a portion of the second band may be under tension when the shoe upper is neither worn by the wearer nor placed on a shoe last or shoe tree. This can be achieved by tensioning the first band and/or the second band before sewing the second portion of the first edge of the first band to the second band, as described in more detail below. This allows a tighter and better fit to be achieved. It should be noted that the first and second straps are adjustable such that at least a portion of the first strap or a portion of the second strap is in a pre-stretched condition. This can be applied regardless of whether the first portion and/or the second portion of the first edge of the first band is (not) connected to the second band.

The first edge of the first band may further include a third section disposed adjacent to the second section but not adjacent to the first section, wherein the third portion of the first edge of the first band need not be attached to the second band. As a result, the flexibility and wearing comfort of the shoe upper can be further improved.

In particular, the third band may partially overlap the first band and partially overlap the second band. In this way, the stability and the fit of the shoe upper can be improved.

The first edge of the first band may be at least partially unconnected to the third band. For example, it is possible that the first edge of the first band will not be attached to the third band, except possibly at a point at one end of the first edge. A point has a linear extent in any direction that is much smaller than the length of the first edge. A point can be one or more stitches. Therefore, the third band is completely free to move in relation to the first band and thus allows a comfortable movement of the foot covered by the shoe upper.

The shoe upper may further comprise a fourth band, wherein the third band may comprise a first edge thereof and the fourth band may comprise a first edge thereof. A first portion of the first edge of the third band is not connected to the fourth band and a second portion of the first edge of the third band is connected to the fourth band. It should be understood that the first edges of the different bands are typically separate entities.

In other words, the third band and the fourth band may only be partially attached to each other along the first edge of the third band, similar to the attachment of the first band and the second band along the first edge of the first band. In particular, the first portion of the first edge of the third band may have slack to move relative to the fourth band when the top is not being worn or is in a stretched condition. In other words, the first portion of the first edge of the third band can be moveable with respect to the fourth band. For example, the third band may move away from the fourth band or move in a direction parallel to the surface of the fourth band. This achieves good wearing comfort.

The second band may be at least partially located between the third band and the fourth band. In particular, the second band may partially overlap the third band and partially overlap the fourth band. In other words, the arrangement of the first, second, third and fourth bands can be staggered, e.g., alternate (left/right). It has been found that this arrangement enables a particularly comfortable wearing experience.

A first angle formed between the first edge of the first band and the first edge of the third band may be less than 130 degrees, preferably less than 110 degrees. The first angle is preferably greater than 10 degrees, more preferably 30 degrees, most preferably 45 degrees. It has been found that this range of angles provides a good balance between supporting the foot and expanding the space available to the foot during exercise. It should be understood that the angles must be measured when the shoe upper is not being worn and is in a shape that matches the intended shape when worn.

A second angle can be formed between the first edge of the second band and the first edge of the fourth band, where the second angle can be smaller than the first angle. It is to be understood that the first angle in this arrangement need not be less than 130 degrees. The first angle may be located closer to a toe area of the shoe upper than the second angle. In this way, the shoe upper offers an improved fit.

It is to be understood that the shoe upper may comprise any number of bands greater than one. A plurality of angles can be formed between the first edges of the straps such that the angles decrease sequentially from a toe region to a heel region of the shoe upper.

The bands may at least partially overlap such that a first portion of the bodice comprises a first number of layers and a second portion of the bodice comprises a second number of layers. The first number of layers can be greater than the second number of layers. It has been found that this arrangement is particularly advantageous for providing a first area of increased protection and a second area of increased flexibility for the shoe upper.

The first area can be arranged in the vicinity of a midfoot area and the second area can be arranged closer to a heel area of the shoe upper than the first area. In many sports, the midfoot area needs additional support. The second region is preferably closer to a heel region of the shoe upper by one to allow easy entry of the foot into the upper part of the shoe.

The shoe upper may further comprise a fixation band arranged along a direction from a medial region to a lateral region of the shoe upper. In other words, the fixation strap can extend laterally over the foot. In particular, the fixation strap can be arranged in a metatarsal area. It has been found that for certain applications it is preferable to increase the support of the foot in the midfoot area to ensure a good fit of the shoe upper. For such applications, the fixation tape can be beneficial. The fixation strap can have properties similar to the first, second, third and fourth straps, and in particular the fixation strap and/or any other strap can be elastic.

The shoe upper may further comprise a coating at least partially covering one or more of the straps. In other words, the coating may cover at least one of the tapes, and for each tape, the coating may cover at least a portion thereof. The coating may comprise polyurethane or other suitable material. The coating advantageously improves the water resistance of the shoe upper and prevents dirt from getting into the shoe upper. The coating can also serve to influence other properties of the shoe upper in the coated areas, for example the tensile strength, the stiffness or the surface friction (e.g. between a ball and the shoe upper) of the shoe upper.

The shoe upper may be laceless. It has been found that laces can affect the ball handling characteristics of a shoe in ball sports such as soccer. It is therefore an advantage if the shoe upper is laceless. However, laceless shoe uppers as are known in the prior art do not offer an optimal fit and optimal support of the foot. However, the shoe upper of the present invention overcomes these problems and thus provides an ideal fit and preferred ball handling characteristics.

The invention further relates to a shoe comprising a shoe upper according to the present invention. The shoe according to the present invention therefore advantageously offers an excellent fit, good ball handling properties and good support of the foot.

5. Detailed Description of Preferred Embodiments

In the following only some embodiments of the invention are described in detail. It should be understood that these exemplary embodiments may be variously modified and combined with one another whenever compatible, and that certain features may be omitted where deemed unnecessary.

The shoe upper 10 comprises a first band 11 and a second band 12, (a) the first band 11 comprising a first edge 21, (b) a first portion 21a of the first edge 21 of the first band 11 not being attached to the second band 12 and (c) a second portion 21b of the first edge 21 of the first band 11 is fixed to the second band 12.

An important feature of the shoe upper 10 according to the present invention is that the first band 11 and the second band 12 are only partially attached to each other at a first edge 21 of the first band 11 . However, the first band 11 and the second band 12 are attached to each other along a second edge 22 and a third edge 23 that are distinct from the first edge 21 . The third edge 23 is substantially perpendicular to the first edge 21 while the second edge 22 is substantially parallel to the first edge 21 . The first strap 11 is attached to a first toe element 18a along the second edge 22 and on a second toe element 18b attached along the third edge 23. In this example, each of the first and second toe members 18a, 18b comprises a strap. The first and second toe panels 18a, 18b may optionally be attached to one another, eg to form a single panel, or they may be separate from one another. The exemplary shoe upper 10 is for a soccer shoe.

In particular, the first portion 21a of the first edge 21 of the first band 11 is movable with respect to the second band 12, as shown in FIG 1B shown side view is best seen.

The first band 11 and the second band 12 partially overlap. It is also possible that the first band 11 and the second band 12 overlap completely.

The first section 21a of the first edge 21 of the first band 11 is arranged closer to a toe area 18 of the shoe upper 10 than the second section 21b of the first edge 21 of the first band 11.

The second portion 21b of the first edge 21 of the first band 11 is connected to the second band 12 by a seam.

The shoe upper 10 further comprises a third band 13 which is partially arranged between the first band 11 and the second band 12 . The first edge 21 of the first band 11 is at least partially unconnected to the third band 13 . In one example, the first edge 21 of the first strap 11 is not connected to the third strap 13 except at a point P at one end of the first edge 21. The third strap 13 is at the first toe element 18a along the second edge 22 and at the second Toe element 18b attached along third edge 23. Furthermore, the third band 13 comprises a first edge 31 comprising a first portion 31a and a second portion 31b.

The upper 10 further comprises a fourth strap 14, wherein the first portion 31a of the first edge 31 of the third strap 13 is unattached to the fourth strap 14, and the second portion 31b of the first edge 31 of the third strap 13 is attached to the fourth strap 14 is attached.

In other words, the third band 13 and the fourth band 14 may only be partially attached to each other along the first edge 31 of the third band 13, similar to the attachment of the first band 11 and the second band 12 along the first edge 21 of the first band 11. In particular, the first portion 31a of the first edge 31 of the third band 13 is movable with respect to the fourth band 14, as in FIG 1A is best seen. This achieves good wearing comfort.

The second band 12 is partially arranged between the third band 13 and the fourth band 14 . In other words, the first, second, third and fourth bands 11-14 are staggered. For example, the second band 12 may partially overlap the third band 13 and partially overlap the fourth band 14 .

The exemplary shoe upper 10 further comprises a fifth band 15 and a sixth band 16 which are arranged analogously to the first band 11 and the third band 13 or the second band 12 and the fourth band 14 .

The second band 12 includes a first edge 41 which includes a first portion 41a and a second portion 41b. The first portion 41a of the first edge 41 of the second band 12 is not connected to the fifth band 15 and the second portion 41b of the first edge 41 of the second band 12 is connected to the fifth band 15. FIG.

The fourth band 14 includes a first edge 51 that includes a first portion 51a and a second portion 51b. The first portion 51a of the first edge 51 of the fourth band 14 is not connected to the sixth band 16 and the second portion 51b of the first edge 51 of the fourth band 14 is connected to the sixth band 16.

The first 11, second 12 and fifth 15 straps are located on a medial side of the shoe upper 10, while the third 13, fourth 14 and sixth 16 straps are located on a lateral side of the shoe upper 10. It is to be understood that the shoe upper 10 may include any number of bands greater than one. It is also to be understood that the arrangement of the bands is not limited to that in the 1A-C shown arrangement is limited. Especially that in the 1A-1C The exemplary shoe upper 10 illustrated is an exemplary shoe upper for a left foot, but a shoe upper 10 according to the present invention could also be for a right foot. The first 11, second 12, and fifth 15 bands need not be located on a medial side. The first 11, second 12 and fifth 15 bands can alternatively be arranged on a lateral side. The first 11, second 12, and fifth 15 bands do not even have to be on the same side (eg, a lateral or medial side). The same applies mutatis mutandis to the third bands 13, 14 and 16. The third 13, fourth 14 and sixth 16 bands can alternatively be arranged on a medial side. The third 13, fourth 14 and sixth 16 bands don't even have to be on one side.

A first angle 20a formed between the first edge 21 of the first band 11 and the first edge 31 of the third band 13 is approximately 100 degrees. A second angle 20b is formed between the first edge 41 of the second band 12 and the first edge 51 of the fourth band 14, the second angle 20b being smaller than the first angle 20a. In this example, the second angle is about 45 degrees. The first angle 20a is arranged closer to a toe region 18 of the shoe upper 10 than the second angle 20b. The straps partially overlap such that a first region R1 of the shoe upper comprises six layers of straps and a second region R2 of the upper comprises only four layers of overlapping straps. The shoe upper 10 further comprises a third region R3 comprising only two layers of overlapping bands.

The first region R1 is located close to a midfoot region, the second region R2 is located closer to a heel region 17 than the first region R1. The third region R3 is arranged even closer to a heel region 17 than the second region R2.

The upper 10 also includes a fixation strap RT, as in 1C 1, wherein the fixation strap RT is arranged along a direction from a medial area to a lateral area of the shoe upper 10. In other words, the fixation strap RT extends laterally across the foot. In this example, the fixation band RT is arranged on an inside of the shoe upper, as in FIG 1C shown. The fixation band RT is in contact with a wearer's foot when he/she wears the shoe.

In this example, the first 11, second 12, third 13, fourth 14, fifth 15, and sixth 16 tapes and the fixation tape RT comprise a woven fabric comprising spandex and polyester. The bands are therefore elastic. It is also possible that the tapes comprise different materials and/or are produced by different techniques such as knitted fabrics, warp-knitted fabrics or non-woven fabrics, etc. In particular, only a subset of the bands may be elastic while others are inelastic.

The shoe upper 10 also comprises a coating applied as a film F, which partially covers the first 11, second 12, third 13 and fourth 14 bands. The coating comprises polyurethane and application of foil F comprises the application of heat and mild pressure to soften or partially melt the foil so as to bond to the first 11, second 12, third 13 and fourth 14 bands.

The exemplary shoe upper 10 is laceless. The shoe upper 10 according to the present invention provides an ideal fit as well as preferred ball handling characteristics.

2 12 shows a schematic representation of the straps of an exemplary shoe upper 10 according to the present invention, particularly illustrating the fastening of the straps to one another.

The shoe upper 10 comprises a first band 11 and a second band 12, (a) the first band 11 comprising a first edge 21, (b) a first portion 21a of the first edge 21 of the first band 11 not being attached to the second band 12 and (c) a second portion 21b of the first edge 21 of the first band 11 is fixed to the second band 12.

The first strap 11 is attached to a first toe panel 18a along a second edge 22 and to a second toe panel 18b along a third edge 23 . The third edge 23 is substantially perpendicular to the first edge 21 while the second edge 22 is substantially parallel to the first edge 21 . The first band 11 and the second band 12 are attached to each other along the second edge 22 and the third edge 23 that are different from the first edge 21 .

The shoe upper 10 further comprises a third band 13 which is partially arranged between the first band 11 and the second band 12 . The first edge 21 of the first band 11 is at least partially unconnected to the third band 13 . In this example, the first edge 21 of the first strap 11 is not connected to the third strap 13 except at a point P at one end of the first edge 21. Likewise, the third strap 13 is attached to the first toe element 18a along the second edge 22 and at second toe element 18b attached along third edge 23. The third band 13 further includes a first edge 31 comprising a first portion 31a and a second portion 31b.

The first portion 31a of the first edge 31 of the third band 13 is not connected to the fourth band 14, while the second portion 31b of the first edge 31 of the third band 13 is connected to the fourth band 14. The second band 12 is partially arranged between the third band 13 and the fourth band 14 . In other words, the first 11, second 12, third 13 and fourth 14 bands are staggered. In this example, the third band 13 partially overlaps between the first tenth 11 and second 12 bands. The second band 12 partially overlaps between the third 13 and fourth 14 bands in one area and partially overlaps between the first 11 and fourth 14 bands in another area.

The exemplary shoe upper 10 further comprises a fifth band 15 and a sixth band 16, which are arranged analogously to the arrangement of the first band 11 and the third band 13 or the second band 12 and the fourth band 14. It is to be understood that the shoe upper 10 may include any number of bands greater than one.

3 illustrates how a tension differential may be applied to a band of an exemplary shoe upper 10 in accordance with the present invention. 3 Fig. 12 particularly shows portions of a shoe upper 10 having a first strap 11 attached to a first toe element 18a along the second edge 22 and to a second toe element 18b along the third edge 23.

The first band 11 includes a first edge 21 and a second edge 22 located opposite the first edge 21 . The first strap 11 is attached to the first toe element 18a by sewing. Tension is applied to a second edge 22 of the first strap 11 before a stitch is made to secure the first strap 11 to the first toe panel 18a. Tension is also applied before a second portion 21b of a first edge 21 of the first tape 11 is attached to a second tape 12 (not shown). In other words, the primary strap 11 is under tension while it is being sewn to the toe panels and other straps and when the shoe upper 10 is not being worn.

Applying tension to the first band 11 includes pulling the first edge 21 a first distance 65 and the second edge 22 a second distance 66. The first distance 65 is greater than the second distance 66, hence the tension is along the first edge 21 is greater than along the second edge 22. Pulling occurs along a longitudinal direction of the first edge 21 and the second edge 22, respectively. Therefore, a stress differential is generated between the first edge 21 and the second edge 22. This voltage differential can be used to advantage to create a three-dimensional shape. It should be noted that the tension applied and the distance drawn at the edges of the tapes can be arbitrarily chosen according to various needs.

Even if the first band 11 is stretched before sewing as described, the first band 11 remains elastic in the final shoe upper. In this example, the first band has an elongation at break of 100%, i.e. the first band 11 can be elongated by 100% before tearing/breaking. Pulling the first edge 21 a first distance 65 increases the length of the first band along the first edge 21 by, for example, 20%. Therefore, the remaining capacity for the first band 11 extending along the first edge 21 is, for example, 80% of the original unstretched length. In other words, the first band retains its elasticity even though it is pulled into a pre-stretched condition.

4 12 shows an exemplary shoe 70 that includes a shoe upper 10 according to the present invention and a sole element 71 having a plurality of cleats.

4 illustrates how the entry opening 72 of an exemplary shoe upper 10 according to the present invention can be particularly flexible and thus enables a foot to enter the shoe upper 10 particularly easily. The shoe upper 10 also provides sufficient support to the foot so that the shoe can be worn laceless.

5 Figure 12 shows an exemplary shoe upper 10 according to the present invention in its two-dimensional form.

Claims (19)

Shoe upper (10) comprising at least a first band (11) and a second band (12), wherein the first band (11) and/or the second band (12) is elastic, (a) the first band (11) comprising a first edge (21), (b) wherein a first portion (21a) of the first edge (21) of the first band (11) is not attached to the second band (12), (c) a second portion (21b) of the first edge (21) of the first band (11) being attached to the second band (12), and (d) the shoe upper further comprising a third band (13) at least partially disposed between the first band (11) and the second band (12). Shoe upper (10) according to the preceding claim, wherein the first portion (21a) of the first edge (21) of the first strap (11) is movable with respect to the second strap (12) when the shoe upper is not worn. Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the first band (11) and the second band (12) at least partially overlap. Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the first section (21a) of the first edge (21) of the first band (11) is arranged closer to a toe region (18) of the shoe upper (10) than the second section (21b) the first edge (21) of the first band (11). Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the second portion (21b) of the first edge (21) of the first band (11) is connected to the second band (12) by a seam. Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least part of the first strap (11) or part of the second strap (12) is in a pre-stretched state when the shoe upper (10) is not worn. Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the first edge (21) of the first band (11) further comprises a third portion (21c) which is adjacent to the second portion (21b) but not adjacent to the first portion ( 21a), wherein the third portion (21c) of the first edge (21) of the first band (11) is not attached to the second band (12). Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the third band (13) comprises a first edge (31). Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the first edge (21) of the first band (11) is at least partially not connected to the third band (13). Shoe upper (10) according to claim 8 or 9 , further comprising a fourth band (14), wherein a first portion (31a) of the first edge (31) of the third band (13) is not attached to the fourth band (14), and wherein a second portion (31b) of the first Edge (31) of the third band (13) is attached to the fourth band (14). Shoe upper (10) according to the preceding claim, wherein the second band (12) is at least partially arranged between the third band (13) and the fourth band (14). Shoe upper (10) according to one of Claims 8 - 11 wherein a first angle (20a) formed between the first edge (21) of the first band (11) and the first edge (31) of the third band (13) is less than 130 degrees. Shoe upper (10) according to one of Claims 10 - 12 , wherein a first angle (20a) is formed between the first edge (21) of the first band (11) and the first edge (31) of the third band (13), wherein a second angle (20b) is formed between a first edge (41 ) of the second band (12) and a first edge (51) of the fourth band (14), and wherein the second angle (20b) is smaller than the first angle (20a). Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the straps (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) at least partially overlap, so that a first region (R1) of the upper comprises a first number of layers and a second region (R2) of the upper comprises a second number of layers, and wherein the first number of layers is greater than the second number of layers. Shoe upper (10) according to the preceding claim, wherein the first area (R1) is arranged near a metatarsal area and the second area (R2) is arranged closer to a heel area (17) of the shoe upper (10) than the first area. Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising a fixation band (RT) which is arranged along a direction from a medial region to a lateral region of the shoe upper (10). Shoe upper (10) according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising a coating (F) which at least partially covers one or more of the bands (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16).
