Abstract
Selbsthaltender Auflagebock / Gittermattenhalter (nachfolgend Halter genannt) als Auflagepunkt und Befestigungselement zum Montieren von Gittermatten an Zaunpfosten. Der Halter ist aus einer Metalllegierung / Leichtmetalllegierung gegossen oder wird alternativ im Spritzgussverfahren aus Kunststoff hergestellt.Self-supporting support stand / grid mat holder (hereinafter called holder) as a support point and fastener for mounting grid mats to fence posts. Description
Der hier beantragte Gebrauchsmusterschutz beschreibt die Verbesserung der mechanischen Befestigung von Gittermatten (Zaunmatten) an die Zaunpfosten. Die Idee vermindert dbzgl. Bei Zaunsystemen wird die Verbindung zwischen den Gittermatten (nachfolgend Matten genannt) und den Zaunpfosten (nachfolgend Pfosten genannt) durch Auflageböcke bzw. Gittermattenhalter (zukünftig Halter genannt) hergestellt. Man unterscheidet in der Montage zwischen drei Vorgehensweisen:
- 1. Die Halter werden vom Zaunsystemhersteller mit Blindnietmuttern (verzinkt oder Edelstahl) auf den Pfosten genietet. Hierfür werden bereits vorhandene Bohrungen im Pfosten genutzt. Bauseitig werden anschließend die Matten auf die Halter gesetzt, und mit Platten oder Schienen abgedeckt. Durch Schrauben werden die Platten oder Schienen im Halter befestigt und fixieren so die Matten auf dem Halter.
- 2. Die Pfosten werden ohne Halter und Bohrungen zum Kunden geliefert. Bauseitig können die Halter, incl. Matten, Platten / Schienen, mit selbstschneidenden Schrauben oder mit Blechschrauben in noch vorzubohrende Löchern befestigt werden.
- 3. Die Pfosten werden mit Bohrungen zum Kunden geliefert. Bauseitig werden die Halter in die Bohrungen gesetzt und incl. Matten, Platten / Schienen durch Schrauben im Pfosten befestigt. Die Halter haben hierbei eine haltende Funktion, ähnlich der von Dübeln.
