Abstract
Muskelstreckball zur Aufnahme eines Menschen in knieender Position, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Streckball , wie in Zeichnung 1, Pos. (1) gezeigt, zum Einsatz kommt.
Description
- Schmerzzustände sowie Gelenkerstörungen des menschlichen Bewegungsapparates werden oft durch verkürzte,verspannte, verhärtete Muskelketten und deren Umhüllung, die der sog. Faszien, hervorgerufen.
- Muskelketten, die diesen Störungen, auch hypertone Muskeln genannt, unterliegen, erhöhen ihren Tonus, durch den hervorgerufenen sog. Hartspann entstehen sog. Myogeleosen/Triggerpunkte, die nicht nur am Ort des Geschehens Irritationen und/oder Schmerzsyndrome sowie Gehstörungen, ggfls. mit myogenen Lähmungserscheinungen nach FSB, hervorrufen.
- Auch Arthrosen und Arthritis der Gelenke wie an Sprunggelenk, Knie und Hüfte, ebenso an den Wirbelkörpern, werden so verursacht.
- Als Hauptursache für diese Syndrome nenne ich bereits im Jahre 2003 ( Patent - sowie Gebrauchsmusterschrift(en) eine übermäßige Sitztätigkeit sowie vermehrte Tätigkeiten in vornübergebeugter Position.
- Diese Positionen wirken sich auch verkürzend auf die hintere Oberschenkelmuskulatur ( Ischiocrurale Muskulatur/Hamstrings ) aus, die so auch einen Beckenschiefstand auslösen und zu Problemen in der Wadenmuskulatur führen. Auch Fehlstellungen und Mißempfindungen sowie Fehlstellungen der Füße beobachtete ich in meinen Probandenstudien.
- 8 von 10 Menschen leiden unter diesem Verkürzungssyndrom, v.a. Bei Sportlern stellte ich diesen Zustand auffallend oft fest.
- Manualtherapeutisch ist diesem Syndrom nur schwer beizukommen, hier muss ein hoher körperlicher Aufwand seitens des Therapeuten erfolgen, zudem sind therapeutsche Maßnahmen belastend/schmerzhaft, für den Patienten.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe bestand darin, ein Übungsgerät zu schaffem, dass a. Die beschriebenen Symptome/Syndrome auflößt und Rezidiven in Zukunft vermeidet.
- Diese sist mir dem Muskelstreckerball, siehe Blatt 1 der Zeichnung, Pos. (
1 ), gelungen. - Es kommt ein Streckball (
1 ) aus einem festen Schaumstoff -oder Schaumgummi zum Einsatz, der sich in der Mitte im Maß verjüngt, siehe (2 ) der Zeichnung. Unter diese Verjüngung legt der Anwender, der Übende, in Höhe des Kniegelenkspaltes, diesen Muskelstreckball (1 ) der dann an der unteren Oberschenkelmuskulatur sowie an der oberen Wadenmuskulatur, anliegt. - Nun lehnt der Übende sich bis zu 60 Grad zurück, es erfolgt eine hohe Anspannung mit Zugkraft der beschriebenen Muskeln.
- Durch das Anpressen der Gesäßmuskulatur in den Muskelstreckball werden auch die Muskeln der Gesäß -und Hüftmuskulatur auf Länge gestreckt.
- In Probandenversuchen zeigte sich eine deutliche Symptomverbesserung bei allen beschriebenen Schmerzzuständen sowie Gehstörungen und muskulär bedingten Lähmungserscheinungen ( Friedrich S. Brünen 2004 ).
- Durch den Muskelstreckball in der Länge von ca. 1000 mm , Höhe ca. 400 bis 500 mm befindet sich der Übende in einer sicheren Position, gleichzeitig kann durch die seitlichen Verdickungen( 3 ) eine sog. Seitneigeübung bei gleichzeitiger Rückneifung vorgenommen werden.
Claims (5)
- Muskelstreckball zur Aufnahme eines Menschen in knieender Position, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Streckball , wie in Zeichnung 1, Pos. (1) gezeigt, zum Einsatz kommt.
- Muskelstreckball nach
Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, das dieser Streckball aus einem festen Schaumstoff oder Schaumgummimaterial besteht. - Muskelstreckball nach
Anspruch 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, das dieser Streckball aus einem mit Luft gefüllten Material, also aufblasbar, wie Gummi oder einem Latex, wie in Zeichnung1, Pos. ( 4 ) , besteht. - Muskelstreckball nach
Anspruch 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, das sich der Muskelstreckball mittig im Maß verjüngt, siehe Zeichnung 1, Pos. (2) . - Muskelstreckball nach
Anspruch 4 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, das der Muskelstreckball ca. Maße von 1000 mm Länge, 400 bis 500 mm Höhe , beinhaltet, s. Zeichnung 1 , Pos. (5) und (6) und das er sich, siehe Pos. (7), in der Mitte, auf ca. 300-350 mm, verjüpngt.
