Articles and equipment for cooling beverages of conventional design either function to cool the beverage down for several hours within the package (bottle, tetra pack, box, carton), for example in a refrigerator, or the beverage becomes inside the package with a cooling collar or cool box enclosed. Another possibility is to pour the drink into a carafe, with inside or outside refrigerator, to keep cool and keep. Ice cubes, dry ice or a freezer are also used.

The problem underlying the invention

All of these methods take minutes to hours to cool the drink well to poorly.

In almost all households you will find the need to cool warm drinks. The different possibilities and qualities of refrigeration available to users make selection difficult and often do not provide the desired result of a cold, refreshing and / or undiluted beverage.

As a remedy, you can not easily use an ice cube at any time or there is not always enough space in the fridge or freezer.

The protection specified in claim 1 invention is based on the problem to provide an easy to use, easy to store and very efficient product which allows a second-quick beverage cooling.

This problem is solved with the features listed in the protection claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the dependent claims.

Problem solving and the advantages achieved with it

With the invention it is achieved that each poured warm beverage is cooled down within a few seconds and the film container with a small footprint, since flexible and compressible, can be stored in the freezer or in a freezer compartment of a refrigerator. Due to the small footprint due to the flexible construction, storage also works in a freezer already occupied by other freezer products. The product is easy to use, can stand by itself, has at least one spout for the exact serving of drinks and can be cleaned after use if necessary, simply under running water. The cooled drinks, unlike the use of ice cubes, not watered down.

A cuboid outer part (in the case of prototypes with external dimensions of approx. 22.5 x 18 x 6.5 cm - see also adjacent figures) consists of suitable plastic films (usually PE), which contain double-welded chambers for the introduction of further PE films filled with Coolant (eg propylene glycol, which is known for example from medical cooling pads). The inner part consists of several plastic sheets that are welded flush with each other and filled with coolant (in the case of the prototype with the approximate dimensions of 16 x 19.5 and 10 x 19.5 cm - see also accompanying figures).

For use, the complete product including the inner part (see accompanying illustrations) is placed in the freezer and waited until the contents of the chambers are frozen. Now, the product can be filled several times in succession with drinks, which release the heat within seconds with the help of the large surface. Thus, in turn, a second-quick cooling of the respective drinks without a long wait or dilution is guaranteed and after a very short time cooled drinks can be poured out of the film container.

For new use, the product is returned to the freezer after use to regenerate the cooling system.

An advantageous embodiment of the invention is shown in the protection claim 3. The transparent side part offers the user the opportunity to recognize the level and facilitates an exact pouring with the help of at least one spout.
