Abstract

Wärmegedämmte Alu-Fassade (Pfosten-Riegel) für Alt- und Neubauten dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Alu-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade mit VSG-Glas und darin einlaminierte PV-Solarfolie als Isolierglas zu Stromerzeugung (1)

Description

  • Als Alufassade in Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion bestückt mit PV-Dünnschichtmodulen und 25% bis 50% Lichtdurchlässigkeit. (www.heliatek.com) Kein Sonnenschutz notwendig. Die Leistungsangaben der PV-Industrie basieren auf einer Umgebungstemperatur von 21–25 Grad. Da eine aufgestaute Wärme hinter den PV-Modulen mit ca. 50 Grad entsteht je nach Sonneneinstrahlung und mehr, verringert sich die Leistung der Stromerzeugung gewaltig.
  • Durch die Absaugung dieser Stauwärme in einen Wärmetauscher, erfolgt dann die Wärmerückgewinnung, um Warmwasser oder Heizung zu unterstützen oder im Sommer die Klimaanlage, alternativ über KWK > Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung < zur Stromerzeugung.
  • Die neue Gebäudehülle entsteht, ohne dass der Betrieb im Gebäude gestört wird.
  • Der gewonnene Strom macht das Gebäude fast unabhängig vom jetzigen Stromanbieter.
  • Die neue Fassade erhöht den Wärmedämmwert erheblich. Durch die neue Fassade wird auch der Lärmschutzerheblich verbessert: Flughafennähe, an Bahnstrecken und Schnellstraßen.
  • Dekorative LED-Beleuchtung in der Fassade wertet das Gesamtergebnis enorm auf.
  • Neben den Einspeisevergütungen bestehen die Fördermöglichkeiten, vor allem aus zinsgünstigen Krediten für Solaranlagen (in Deutschland z. B. durch die KfW Bank), aber auch der Eigenverbrauch von erzeugtem Solarstrom wird gefördert.

  1. Wärmegedämmte Alu-Fassade (Pfosten-Riegel) für Alt- und Neubauten dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Alu-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade mit VSG-Glas und darin einlaminierte PV-Solarfolie als Isolierglas zu Stromerzeugung (1)
  2. Hinterlüftung dadurch gekennzeichnet, mit Wärmestau bis ca. 50 Grad (2)
  3. Zuluft dadurch gekennzeichnet, damit die Wärme aufsteigen kann (3)
  4. Wärmeabsaugung dadurch gekennzeichnet, mit Zuführung in eine KWK (Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung) Anlage (4)
