  • The invention relates to a plug-in arrangement with a plug housing and a contact element having two longitudinal legs and a cross leg connecting them, which define a first receiving tulip, which is accessible from the outside in a first joining direction, wherein the contact element is arranged in an inner space of the plug housing.
  • In drive technology, bus systems are required to ensure the electrical supply and electrical signals to spatially distributed electrical components. Such electrical components are mainly electrical devices for electrical supply, such as power supplies and line filters, especially for frequency converter and servo controller. In principle, other electrical devices can be connected to such a bus system.
  • In order to ensure easy installation and quick access to such a bus system, the electrical connections are happy, especially in the form of busbars, out of the electrical components.   • The publication DE 20 2013 102 303.5 discloses a serial device arrangement with such a bus system.   • The publication DE 20 2013 103 444 U1 discloses a w-shaped contact element for such a plug-in arrangement.
  • The contact element is arranged in an inner space of a plug-in housing of the plug-in arrangement. It is provided at least slightly movable relative to the plug housing in and against the joining direction.
  • For electrically connecting the modular components with one another, the busbars are often pressed with great force in the joining direction into the receiving tulips of the contact elements. There is a risk that move the contact elements, and the plug housing is damaged.

  • For a plug-in arrangement is provided with a plug housing and a contact element.   • As a result, the transverse leg of the first receiving tulip is pressed against the fixing pin when the contact element is displaced against the first joining direction. The fastening pin therefore limits the displacement of the contact element against the first joining direction.
  • But it is also conceivable and advantageous if the fastening pin is attached to the plug housing so that it is the contact element transversely to a main extension direction of the first contact tulip attached to the contact housing.
  • According to an advantageous variant, it is provided that the fastening pin is fastened to the plug housing so that it passes through the contact element. This is easily realizable in that the fastening pin is attached to the plug housing so that it passes through the contact element transversely to a main direction of extension of the first contact tulip.
  • Preferably, the fastening pin extends in the fastening direction through the entire interior. As a result, it also extends through the entire first receiving tulip in the fastening direction.
  • It is particularly preferred that the fastening pin has a first open end and a second open end opposite the first open end, wherein at least at the second open end a second latching means is provided for latching the fastening pin with a second latching counterpart of the plug housing.   • For attaching the fastening pin in the plug housing, it is further preferred that the plug housing has a first through hole, which passes through the fastening pin.   • The contact element preferably has at least one second receiving tulip, which is accessible from the outside against the joining direction. In this embodiment, it is S-shaped. The contact element is then electrically connected to the externally guided bus system, for example, by means of a busbar or an electrical conductor which is inserted against the joining direction into the second receiving tulip. Claims (18)

  1.
