Abstract

Durch die Einbringung von wärmeisolierendem keramischen Materialien an den Verbindungsstellen zwischen den Bremskolben und der Bremsfläche der Reibringe sowie zwischen den Reibringen und der Bremsglocke wird die thermische Beeinflussung auf deren Materialien stark verringert bis gänzlich verhindert. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Gestaltung der Verbindungsmittel werden die durch mechanische Schwingungen und Temperatureinflüsse bewirkten Bewegungen der Bremsglocke zugelassen. Die Entstehung von Geräuschen wird minimiert und die negativen Einflüsse auf die Materialien wie beispielsweise Entstehung von Rissbildungen und Abnutzungserscheinungen werden verhindert. Ebenso wird durch die einfache und materialsparende Gestaltungsform der Verbindungsmittel der materialmäßige und zeitliche Herstellungsaufwand verringert Nachfolgend soll die erfindungsgemäße Lösung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher beschrieben werden.
