Description
The invention relates to a suction port, which sucks the wound secretion, which emerges on the drainage means on the wall and wets the wound edge. A criterion in the discharge of the drainage means from a wound is the sealing of the drainage means. If the seal is insufficient, the wound secretion seeps out of the drainage wall. The skin is moistened, possible adhesive surfaces are dissolved by the secretion and germs are formed on the skin. Immediate suction enhances the quality of wound treatment and reduces the risk of infection at the wound opening.
It is a common task in medicine to suck out wound fluids. In particular, in the case of deep, large and, in particular, infected surface wounds, the hitherto customary practice is to place a wound dressing in the wound which does not weave with the tissue. On this wound dressing the physician brings a first layer of gauze, in which then by hand a drainage tube, partially wound several times, is applied and this covered again with a second layer of gauze and then the entire wound site is covered with a plaster. The end of the drainage tube is then subjected to a negative pressure, whereby the wound fluid can be sucked off. In addition to the long duration of the above-described means for relocation require time, this approach also requires a considerable skill of the wound care practitioner because during wound care all separately inserted device components are to be fixed, which often can not be accomplished by one person alone.

The most common solutions have not solved the problem of eliminating the seepage seeping out of the drains. The present invention has for its object to provide a suction port, which sucks the edge secretion at the placed drain so that the wound edges and the wound environment are not wetted with wound secretion and at the same time the wound secretion is sucked out of the wound by means of a placed drain. Depending on the technical design, peripheral secretions can be extracted by means of a suction port and wound secretions by means of a drain with one or two vacuum devices separately.
The object of the invention is solved by the characterizing features of
The essence of the invention is that a very flexible Absaugport is fixed by means of adhesive layer over the wound outlet and the drain, by a sliding attached to the port sealing ring, is displaceable. Thus, a secretion line in Absaugport edge secretion and be sucked through the drain wound secretion.
The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to several different embodiments.
