Description
The present invention relates to a heat recovery system for the recovery of heat from wastewater, comprising an absorber, which is arranged in the normal state in the bottom of a pipe or duct construction and having a heat exchange medium leading absorber lines.
Investigations have shown that the heat removal performance of such a heat recovery system falls disproportionately, if not all of the laid in a pipe or sewer structure absorber pipes are flooded with wastewater. This can be explained by the fact that the heat exchange medium flowing through the absorber lines not flowing with waste water, which has absorbed only little to no heat from the ambient air, mixes with the heat exchange medium heated in the other absorber lines after leaving the absorber, as a result of which cooling of the heated heat exchanger medium takes place, which ultimately leads to the said disproportionate drop in heat extraction capacity. Accordingly, it is recommended that the filling level of the waste water in to determine a pipe or sewer structure before installing the absorber and then adjust the number of absorber lines to the determined level height to ensure a complete flow of all absorber pipes with wastewater in the installed state can. The detection of the level and the interpretation based on the absorber, however, are very time consuming and costly. In addition, the level in a pipe or sewer structure can of course vary.
Based on this prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a heat recovery system of the type mentioned with a flexibly optimizable heat removal performance, which has a simple structure and can be installed with little planning and little effort.
To achieve this object, the present invention provides a heat recovery system of the type mentioned, which is characterized in that at least one shut-off device is provided which is designed such that can be shut off or opened separately with this individual absorber lines separately. Thanks to such a shut-off those absorber pipes that are not covered with wastewater during operation of the heat recovery system can be easily shut off, whereby a negative impact on the heat extraction capacity is excluded by not overflowed with waste water absorber pipes. Another advantage of the shut-off device according to the invention is that at the time before installation of the heat recovery system neither preparatory measures for detecting the level nor a level-related design of the absorber with respect to the number of absorber lines are required. Rather, the absorber according to the invention can be installed in a pipe or sewer structure and calibrated with commissioning of the system by shutting off individual absorber lines depending on the waste water level within the pipe or sewer structure, which has a positive effect on time and cost. In addition, a recalibration at changing wastewater level is always possible without any problems by shutting off or opening individual absorber lines. In this respect, the heat recovery system according to the invention is flexibly adaptable to changing external conditions, whereby always an optimal heat extraction performance can be guaranteed.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the absorber conduits extend side by side in a longitudinal direction of the absorber, the shut-off device being designed such that absorber conduits in the transverse direction of the absorber can be shut off or opened individually or in pairs from the outside to the inside. In a structure of the absorber in which the absorber lines extend substantially parallel to one another in the longitudinal direction of the absorber, it is basically sufficient if only the absorber lines which are external in the transverse direction of the absorber can be shut off, since the absorber lines arranged further inward are always in contact even with a low wastewater level Waste water to be overflowed. For example, the shut-off device can be designed such that in each case only the outer one to three absorber lines can optionally be shut off or opened.
Preferably, the shut-off device has at least one distributor, which comprises a plurality of absorber line connections for connecting the absorber lines, wherein at least some of the absorber line connections are provided with shut-off valves for selectively shutting off or opening the absorber lines. This results in a very simple construction of the shut-off device according to the invention.
Advantageously, at least one sensor device detecting a measured value is provided, in particular a filling level measuring device for detecting the wastewater level in the pipe or canal construction and / or a plurality of temperature sensors. The latter are advantageously positioned such that they detect the temperature of the heat exchanger medium leaving at least some of the absorber lines.
Preferably, the shut-off device is automatically actuated, wherein a controller is provided which is set up such that it actuates the shut-off device in dependence on the measured value (s) detected by the sensor device such that the absorber lines not covered by the waste water are shut off automatically and discharged from the waste water overflowed absorber lines are opened automatically. Such a control allows an automatic calibration of the heat recovery system which is always adapted to the current waste water level.
Advantageously, the controller is set up such that when the shut-off device is actuated, the volume flow of the heat exchanger medium flowing through the absorber is automatically adjusted to the total cross section of the absorber lines through which the absorber lines are shut off or opened. In this way, the volume flow can always be optimally adjusted to the number of active absorber lines, whereby at the same time the heat extraction capacity is optimized.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the shut-off device is manually verifiable, wherein the operator can operate the shut-off device depending on the sewage level to open or shut off individual absorber lines. Such a manual operation is particularly useful when the outflow conditions in the pipe or sewer structure and according to the wastewater level are usually constant over a long period of time.
Advantageously, the absorber is formed as Absorbermatte, which is made of a material with at least during installation in the pipe or sewer structure flexible properties. Such a flexible absorber mat can be easily and quickly move into a pipe or canal structure. In addition, it is inexpensive to manufacture.
Preferably, a hose for inner lining of the pipe or sewer structure and for fixing the arranged in the bottom of the pipe or sewer structure absorber is provided, wherein the hose is made of a flexible material which is curable after being drawn into the pipe or canal structure , With the help of such a hose or inliner can be a simple fixation of the absorber in the bottom of the pipe or sewer structure as well as a simple and inexpensive renovation of the inner walls of the pipe or sewer structure realize.
